Charlene helped my daughter and I connect in a fun way! I sought out Charlene and the Everyday Coherence services to help facilitate some conversations that I wanted to have with my daughter that she did not want to discuss. Not surprisingly, the idea of meeting with someone for this purpose was met with apprehension and annoyance by my daughter, yet the environment was so welcoming and inviting that she warmed up to it quickly. My daughter and I were led through several mental and physical exercises which provided the opportunity to share thoughts and feelings with greater ease than I had expected. After our first session my daughter looked at me and said "that was fun", with a smile on her face! We continue to use the Everyday Coherence tools at home to facilitate effective communication and to connect in interactive and fun ways. We will definitely spend more time with Charlene!

1000000% would recommend. Charlene’s approach to mental/emotional wellness and personal/professional effectiveness is different from anything I’ve experienced before in therapy, yoga+meditation, or life-coaching alone, and it was wildly effective. Through her experiential sessions, and the multiple touch points throughout our four weeks together, I was able to build tangible skills and habits and change my limiting thoughts and behaviors in order to take more action in my life and build a better relationship with myself. The wisdom in her method makes me feel like there’s this giant secret that’s been kept from me all these years! What that secret is, I’m not entirely sure how to articulate, but it’s something almost accidentally discovered through the transformation her program elicits. If you want to work through emotional stuff, GO. If you want to work through practical stuff, GO. If you want to be better in any area of your life GO meet with Charlene at Everyday Coherence!

I came to Charlene and Everyday Coherence after a very busy and stressful Thanksgiving weekend - I was burnt out and emotionally and physically exhausted. She led me through a restorative yoga session in her beautiful studio and it was just what I needed - I left calmer and feeling refreshed. Charlene is helping me learn the importance of taking time for myself and giving my nervous system a chance to reset.
