Words cannot fully express the gratitude my partner and I feel for Imagine Dumbo. Our daughter joined their toddler program nearly nine months ago, and we have seen her thrive during this time. Every teacher who has worked with her has been incredibly communicative, caring, and attentive to her needs—whether she’s experiencing morning separation anxiety or needing extra comfort at nap time.

Our daughter is also familiar with teachers from other classrooms, which highlights how well-run and cohesive the entire daycare is. Ms. Lia, the Director, has been especially supportive during transitions, consistently keeping us informed about what’s ahead.
We trust Imagine Dumbo completely and are deeply thankful for the wonderful care their teachers provide for our daughter.

If you’re searching for a daycare for your little one, I highly recommend touring Imagine Dumbo. The facilities are always clean, organized and filled with bright natural light. They have a well-organized weekly schedule, and the easy access to the parks in Dumbo is a wonderful bonus.

Imagine DUMBO is the best! My husband and I made the decision to enroll our infant son here after touring multiple daycare centers in the neighborhood. The teachers here are amazing – experienced, kind, and genuinely caring. Their dedication to our son's well-being is evident, and we receive regular updates on what and how he is doing throughout the day. The Director, Lia, is exceptional. She is involved, available, communicative, and clearly passionate about the work she is doing. She was so helpful and supportive during the enrollment process and has made us and our son feel at home here ever since. The facility is clean, and the stimulating activities ensures our son is not just safe, but happy and engaged. Highly recommend Imagine DUMBO to any parent seeking top-notch care for their child.

I can't express enough positive things about Imagine DUMBO. Our daughter started attending when she was 16 months old and has been there 3-4 days a week for the past 6 months. She absolutely loves it (and so do we).

The team, from leadership to teachers, is professional, kind, and highly engaged with the children. We were concerned that our daughter might become "just one of many" kids in a chaotic classroom, given our friends' experiences. Fortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. We've witnessed significant progress in our daughter's speech, sensory, and fine motor development. The Imagine team organizes daily activities to enhance these skills, including bringing in musicians, park walks, and diverse activities like yoga, art projects, and music concerts – they're true professionals in child development, creating an enriching environment for the kids.

For check-ins throughout the day, they use an app called Brightwheel, allowing updates, pictures, and communication with teachers. The app is user-friendly, and we find ourselves checking it frequently.

Most importantly, the staff genuinely cares about our child's development and growth. We couldn't ask for more. 10/10 recommend.
