Went to the Bill Bellamy show last night…

Ofc he was great!
The customer service was awful, once seated, my table and 2 others did not receive any service for almost an hour and a half. Once the waiter came over with them fake ass Nubian knots in her hair was very rude and acted as if we would have to leave the show because we no longer wanted to purchase anything.
The manager did not even come over and talk to us about the situation. Very disappointed in the customer service especially because this was my husbands first comedy show.

The show was great! It was my first time going, the wings and fries were delicious! The margarita was water down and I couldn't taste any alcohol in it. The prices were a little high. But overall it was good.

The venue kind of killed our vibe at a show we were looking forward to seeing. The place feels more like a cheap event at a conference center than a comedy club. The food was overpriced and not much better than you'd get from a concession stand at a youth sports complex. The two menu item (+18% gratuity included) per person minimum is a little obnoxious given the fact that the whole show (3 comedians) was less than an hour and a half long, and we already paid almost $40 per person for the ticket. I get that the doors open an hour and a half before the show so you can get there early to have dinner, but neither the food nor the environment warranted that. Of course they went around and made everyone close out their tabs during I believe the second to last set. Could've easily handled that between sets instead of at point where the comedian is on a roll and setting up the audience for their closing. When the headlining comedian finished, they turned on the lights, threw open big exterior fire escape doors that opened to the parking lot, and were quick to kick everyone out. If they wanted people's money so bad they could let folks stay and order another round, but I guess they'd rather have us all out of there while the sun was still up.

On a positive note, the staff was very pleasant. They were also really quick to shut down hecklers, which was nice since we had a few. And for all my gripes, I do appreciate that this venue exists so that up and coming comedians from out of town have a place to perform.

What can I say? The shows they have here are great. The last show we went to was with Earthquake was awesome. They do serve good drinks, and the food ain't bad at all. The service is slow thought. The servers don't communicate very well. I tried waving them down, calling them, and even getting their attention as they walked by us. They just ignored me. Finally the person who took our order finally came by to give us our bill and I told him what happened. He apologized and got us some more drinks. This is the only reason why they are getting 3 stars and not 5 stars.

Each time I return to see a comedian I’m given more and more of an experience. The meet and greets and being able to take pictures is always an amazing feeling. The staff is considerate when bringing your food/drinks to your table, allowing you to be able to see the stage! I’m never disappointed, this location has great parking and other amenities close by.
