AMAZING!!!! My wife came here to have our daughter when she was turned away from the Army hospital 3 times. Best thing to ever happen. Her L&D nurses were all super friendly and professional and the Doctor (I think it was Dr. Mackaley) who delivered our daughter took such amazing care of my wife...we still talk about how amazing she was to this day. The staff was absolutely amazing and our daughter ended up needing to stay in the NICU for 10 days. The NICU unit is outstanding and the nurses were incredible, especially Ray. He taught us (first time parents) so much, and he was truly a blessing! I definitely recommend coming here. They will take such great care of you and your newborn. My wife is pregnant again, and unfortunately I'm not able to switch our insurance over to Select, so she is currently being seen at Evans Army, but when it's time to have the baby, we will definitely be going back to St. Francis. They have set the bar so high, I don't think any other hospital could match the care they give.

This hospital is amazing. I have had all three of my children here, and every nurse I have ever met was amazing. The doctors are great. Two of my three children were in the NICU, and everyone was so helpful and understanding. I will never go anywhere else if it can be helped. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Good hospital and good staff for the most part. I waz pregnant the summer of 2020 and they took care of me when I had to come in and spend 3 nights. Only had one nurse who acted like she had better places to be but only had her for a bit before shift change. And then during lobor which was nice and it was easy they made me comfy and i got the epidural they did an ok job on that. I'm not sure if its normal for your back to pop when they put in the needle for the tub but it did and I had a contraction at the same time and it was the worse one after that nothing. My OB was amazing and we had my son out in 1 hour of pushing. The only other thing is the hospital did not do the social security card for him as they where supposed to and he is now 7 months and I have to do it my self because I waited for a response back from them. But they took carw of me very well other than that. I would recommend them at anytime.

Doctor was great! Procedure and information passed to us was amazing....... After the procedure, nurse was rude acted like she was going to get something for you then would come back 2hours later..... never asked if patient need anything to snake on or eat. took over 2 hours for discharge papers too.

This hospital was incredibly rude and didn't handle a child with bipolar well at all. Called prior to coming in and per their instructions, I brought my teen in. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the PA T. Westbrook was insulting and inappropriate. He even went so far as to argue with me about my own autoimmune illness (not why we were there.) Stay away from here, they don't treat appropriately and were upset having work to do. Monty (the nurse) was brilliant and compassionate, but the PA (T. Westbrook) was the worst PA I have seen in a long time. This man is a danger to any one coming in and a liability to the organization.

Awful hospital. I had to come here for a ER visit in 2013 in which I was active duty. In my case notes referred to as several times as service member, but yet they claimed ignorance and billed me directly. Hired their collection service BC services out of Longmont to take $8000 of my money via garnishments. Then later, refused to work with Tricare billing so I could get my own money back. Only people I know that actively works to not do their job, so a 100% disabled twice combat Vetetan can't get his own money back from a ER visit, which by law...Tricare pays for active duty service members. A honorable discharge dont mean nothing to these folks. I'd opt to die on the way to a further hospital then goto these lowlives.
