First time there. Liberty squeezed us in for emergency hair appointment. She was absolutely amazing, polite, careful, attentive and all around wonderful. Thank you so much for saving the day and making us feel welcome. Great relaxing environment 😁 will recommend to everyone

I get a custom spray tan from Jessie, the shade of my choice and i always leave feeling beautiful. She is always professional and easy to work with if I need to reschedule. She does amazing work and i highly recommend her to everyone i know.

Very unprofessional. I have been going through a lot of stress in my personal life lately and I have not been to a salon in a very long time and this experience just reminded me why I stay away from these places. So sad I even left work early excited to get in and finally do something with my hair. The girl Becca was doing it and I was excited to talk to her about services they offered I had even made other apts for things like brows and stuff in the future and was planning on using them for a few things soon. However I went in and she was immediately rude to me. Insulted my hair (I have personal health issues affecting my hair growth and I’m battling that along w severe stress) she wouldn’t cut my hair how I asked, told me not to color it and not to even do the cut I asked for. Literally just asked for bangs and face frame.. that’s it.. either way how she treated me led to me choosing not to have her do anything to my hair and I won’t be returning and I have canceled all my appointments. I’ll go back to Dublin and use the salon I used to years ago they are very polite. She kept stating she didn’t have time to do what her co worker was recommending her to do as solutions. Whoever she was she was kind. Maybe it’s just Becca but I refuse to go back here that was humiliating and I felt so insulted and degraded. Will not use them again. This was my first and last experience.

I went in asking for a v style haircut with layers and a reference photo to show the hairstylist. The hair cut i received was cut straight across with a chunk taken out on the left side. Both photos shown here. I have since gone to another hair salon to have it fixed and will not be returning here. Service was rendered on Saturday September 7th with hair stylist Becca.

Japanese head spa : first time trying and my experience was wonderful! Sydney made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. The massage chair will make you feel amazing! I could literally feel the tension leaving my body while in that chair!

The Japanese head massage treatment was awesome. You lie on a table that massages your body from the upper back down to your calves. Brandi massaged my scalp while adding scalp and hair treatments. My tight neck and upper back muscles loosened significantly. I paid extra for the blowout and style and my hair was extra silky afterwards, so I could tell a difference immediately. Everyone should try this service especially for a more healthy scalp and hair. Loved it!
