Travelnest es una plataforma que me ayuda a llevar muy bien varias plataformas a ña vez sin problema. Es muy intuitiva de hacer. Lo único que me molesta es que antes tenían una persona de habla española para preguntar cosas y ahora es todo en inglés. Aún así yo estoy encantada.

No recomiendo esta empresa. Te anulan la reserva porque dicen que hay un error en la tarifa y la vuelven a ofertar con ese mismo precio. No se cual es su estrategia, pero está claro que no dicen la verdad.

I had to cancel a house reservation and thought they had not refunded the deposit however I was wrong; they were so efficient that the payment was paid to my Visa the day I cancelled and I had assumed wrongly that it would take weeks. When I looked back at my statement, there it was!

I’m hosting my property on Travelnest. They have a very good support team that helps with all queries. I have been with them for over a year and have been getting bookings. I would definitely recommend if you’re not arranging your own website and obviously you will be charged fees.

Travelnest is a fantastic service where all bookings from all channels come together to get that all important single view. Lots of new developments come along to enhance the service even more. I have two properties with them and I've noticed how much easier it is to manage these. Payment schedule means that you don't wait too long for payments to be made and get invoices too. I'd certainly recommend them.

You wont get a proper invoice for your booking. I booked for the company I am working with and they require me to give them an Invoice but TravelNest and their Partners makes it impossible. I've been communicating with them for 3 months.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Don't ever trust these guys. I have just got scammed for €700. And it is only because of travelnest. This is a very bad and unreliable company. They have 0 communication. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service and I have had 0 success. And after trying for hours I finally had a gentlemen on the line who does not speak English at all. With the frustration and the English that the gentleman had, I was on the phone for over an hour. After all the gentleman somehow gave me an email to address the issue there. Nothing has happened and I am still waiting for an email back. The picture below is of the airbnb I tried to hire. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
