Monica is a professional yoga teacher with tremendous knowledge and experience. She takes the effort to understand every student’s individual pain point and works according to their fitness level and goals. I joined her personal classes post my pregnancy when I was in a lot of pain and felt like my body will never recover. She helped me get my strength and energy back within 3-4 months, and in the process I also lost close to 15 pounds in 6 months. She is also experienced nutritionist, physiotherapist, and a lot more… basically she has an overall understanding of wellness, and fitness is a key aspect of it. She is not your cookie cutter yoga teacher, she understands the nuances of every muscle, every breath, every movement in your body. I highly recommend to start with her personal classes and once you feel comfortable, you can join the group sessions.

Monica is well versed in the different schools of Yoga and is able to very effectively leverage the various schools of yoga to my needs. She emphasizes the need to breathe correctly as she gradually graduates you to more advanced poses. Would strongly recommend a personal class for the maximum benefit

Monica is a different kind of yoga instructor with her own teaching style. She is incredibly positive and accommodates all levels of yoga students, beginner to advanced.
There is a lot of individual attention in the small classes and she adjusts and corrects the pose to suit each person's limitations, while still allowing for a sense of accomplishment.
While I revel in the yoga and the interaction, the best part is the breathing at the beginning of the class and the meditation at the end of the class which settles the mind. I come away with a calm and peaceful attitude.

Monica is really experienced yoga instructor. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a small group instruction. I had done yoga in the past but nothing compared to what Monica has introduced me to. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I always leave her class relaxed and full of positive energy.

Monica is a very good yoga teacher. I highly recommend her as a Yoga and meditation teacher and wellness coach. She has numerous certifications and is highly skilled and has a very pleasing personality. Have been taking her yoga classes for some time now and she takes the trouble to find out your issues and help you personally with pain management. She runs classes in her home studio and in other centers. She does corporate sessions as well. If you're looking for the correct way to do yoga and not the commercial way its taught in a gym then do yoga with Monica.

We both have been Monika’s yoga student from sometime now and she’s the best! Completely changed my perspective towards yoga. Monica is a wonderful dedicated instructor. Her classes include a complete package of meditation, breath work, stretches and yoga , addressing the whole body, mind and spirit! It’s been 3 months I am going to Monica’s yoga class. She is the best. Friendly and focused for your health. Teaches small tips to practice yoga so you won’t get hurt. Flexible schedule and thinks about students priority. Every session will be little different in comparison to the previous session. If someday we focus on upper body, then next session we focus on lower body. After going to her I realized that I was not breathing properly.she taught us how to focus on breathing. Learned about asanas and the benefits of asanas.
Overall very good experience in every session.
