I've been attending Tempo for almost a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this studio! From day one, I’ve felt incredibly supported, and my fitness journey has grown in ways I never expected. The coach-curated classes offer a fantastic balance of structure and challenge, while the combo classes that incorporate weights make for a truly holistic training experience.

The coaches—especially Tish, the owner—are amazing. They take the time to understand where each member is in their fitness journey and provide the guidance needed to level up. Whether you’re a walker, a casual runner, or a seasoned marathoner, the classes are adaptable to meet you where you are.

If you're looking for a welcoming, motivating, and well-structured running studio, Tempo is it! Highly recommend.

I attended my first class on 01/28/25, PEACH FARM AFTER DARK. I was nervous as I'm not a runner, but after two rounds of COVID in previous years - I feel like my cardio vascular capacity has been greatly impacted. So, I decided the only way to really start to regain my capacity would be to train and booked a class here. I was warmly welcomed by staff and coaches in the front. Tish, my trainer for the class, introduced herself and made sure I was comfortable with the equipment for class. Music was great and such an upbeat and positive environment. There really wasn't any pressure as everyone is focused on doing their best while someone encouraging one another. I'll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed Stride, I hate running so I figured this would push me. It’s pretty cool, they give you a monitor and you can see where you are on the big screen. Very motivating. You go through different variations of the run or jog, before switching into HIIT a few times. I did the workout called the Quickie. This isn’t something I would do regularly myself, but I would absolutely sprinkle it in to my workouts every once in a while.

One word: C O M M U N I T Y. Best running studio I’ve been a part of and felt a part of. Joined this gym coming back from injury and I’m seeing results and getting faster. Love the coaching staff and playlists, there’s always fun theme runs, socials, giveaways, and challenges to participate in. Def give it a try!!

If you want to become a better runner this is the place!! The trainers are awesome and what started as a trial period cause not sure if I would enjoy running as part of my workouts ended up in signing up for races. Community is great and there is a level for everyone! Set a goal and show up, STRIDE will take care of the rest. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I love Stride's running classes! I initially started with an incline walk, and progressed to fully running in my classes. I love how the class is customizable to your fitness ability and I've improved tremendously since starting. Stride makes running enjoyable with a lot of variety between class styles, energetic instructors and great music!

Awesome workouts and great coaches! I hated running before I started going to these classes and the trainers make running and working out so much fun! Coach Payton and Mo are a couple of my favorites. The playlists, the encouragement and the atmosphere is so welcoming, so don't be scared to take a chance and try your first class!! It's not all about running! Walk, jog, then run when your comfortable. I've grown so much and have enjoyed pushing myself!

Stride Little Italy is all about building community and confidence! The instructors and staff are all great at uplifting you and encouraging you to do your best. I have never been an avid runner and wanted to push myself to try something new and run a half marathon. With the help of Stride, I was able to learn about my body and how to prepare, build endurance, and proper recovery techniques and accomplished my goal this past April! Stride really is for all abilities and I recommend this place for anyone looking for a new gym.
