I reached out to system scales because our current scale company left us out to dry. Brian (Sales Rep) was very friendly and eager to help. He sent a technician down the next day and he worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with our system. David was the technician, he was very friendly, professional and let me know that he wasn't leaving until he got us back going. This company is top notch in my eyes!!! GREAT customer service!!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company with experience and great service. We are now proud customers 🙂

My first calibration experience with System Scale was easy, straightforward and FAST! We needed a few calibrations performed on very short notice (within the same week requested) and Brad and Chris made it happen. They were both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and a complete joy to work with. Everyone on site was very happy with the visit and really enjoyed that Chris was willing to explain things to the team. We even had a follow up call from Alicia two days after the visit to ask about our experience and to tell us about their CalVault software that allows us to easily see all of our equipment, cal certs, and invoices. All around we have been impressed with System Scale and will continue using them in future. Well worth the slightly higher costs!
