The food is amazing! I got the soul plate with the smothered pork chop, sweet potato, and Mac and cheese. My husband got the soul plate with fried chicken, green beans, and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

This place absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was just as incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it made the entire dining experience feel special.

I ordered the soul plate with mashed potatoes, corn, fried chicken, and cornbread, and wow—every bite was a hit. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. But the real stars of the plate were the sides: the mashed potatoes were creamy and perfectly seasoned, the corn was sweet and fresh, and the cornbread was soft, moist, and packed with flavor. It felt like true comfort food made with love.

Between the outstanding food, the welcoming vibe, and the excellent service, this place has definitely earned a spot on my favorites list. Can’t wait to come back!

Ordered via doordash and got genuinely the worst mashed potatoes I've ever had. It was bizarre.

I've had their food via food truck before, but this- it tasted like the only ingredients were potato flakes and (too much) water. No creaminess, no flavor, nothing at all. The texture was awful, like boxed mashed potatoes made poorly, and I can recognize the fake stuff when it's right in front of me.

I'm very perplexed by this, because this place has great reviews and I haven't been done dirty like this before. And it's not a doordash problem- I work SO close to the restaurant that ordering delivery feels really silly (but due to reasons, I couldn't go in person), and the entire delivery time was less than 5 minutes. It was an issue of food quality.

The pork chop was good. Overcooked to my taste, but I'm sure restaurants have to be more strict about meat temperature than home chefs. The FDA guidelines haven't gotten the memo about pork being trichinosis-free, apparently, and that's fine. My issue is just the potatoes. I paid 20 dollars for them, and they were worse than what you'd get out of a package.

Booked a 50th Birthday Party at Soel Sistas made it 80s themed. Location was perfect right down town food was fantastic hot and ready right on time and the staff was so friendly that we had people standing at the counter just chatting with them! Id give it 10 stars if i could!! Kudos to Kendra!

Kendra is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Not only do they have incredible food (and a kick ass food truck!) But Kendra goes above and beyond to help and donate to the community. If I could give 50 stars, I would!

Always great service and amazing food options. Love is definitely the number one ingredient of the entire menu! I especially love Kendra’s contributions to the community and support of local community events! Soel Sistas is very much a pillar of the community! Nashua is lucky to have to them! Webby in for the fried haddock dinner with my wife. She had the chicken dinner. Only after we had ordered did they tell us they didn't have any more haddock, but they could give me Snapper. A few minutes later, they come out again and say no snapper. All they have is flounder. Another guy had ordered the haddock after I did. When he said it should be his plate that should be the flounder as he ordered after me, she said not to worry about it. I took him for a regular. The food was fine, but I didn't like the mislead on the fish. Nor the blowing me off for an order taken after mine. Can't say I'll be back.

I had my father's retirement party today. The owner was lovely to work with (even when maybe I wasn't the best customer). Food was amazing! Get the shortcake. It's so good.
