Skyline Chili

I'm not use to spaghetti in my chili. But I wanted to experience its authenticity. It was delicious, but next time, I will try the bowl of chili. Customer service was outstanding. You won't be disappointed. My granddaughter had the Chilli dog. She said she should've had two.

I love Skyline and Cincinnati chili. This location was serving prepackaged cheese today, not fresh grated. I was curious if they were having a supply issue and asked about it. They said “oh, it just wasn’t grated correctly”. I’m not sure why he felt the need to lie. You can tell the difference between fresh grated and not. The color was lighter and it had that dusty cellulose coating. It wasn’t the long strands of cheese, but rather, the short ones you get in the grocery store packs. It definitely doesn’t taste or melt the same. This may not seem like a big deal, but Skyline prides themselves on their fresh cheese. I don’t eat skyline often because I have a sensitivity to onion and they use a lot of onion seasoning (part of why it tastes so good!). I’m disappointed.

Food and service very good. This store is a franchise and would not accept a discount coupon I earned by completing an online survey. It was only 2.50 and I always add that to the tip for my server. I won't go back here - I'll just keep going to company stores. Seems like the company would have some kind of reimbursement to the franchise stores so they could honor these coupons. Seems petty and selfish to me.

Worst skyline around. I ordered two large 4 ways with onions in the drive thru. The noodles were small and barely any at all, it’s like the same portion they give for a regular 4 way. The food was super watery. Extremely disappointed every time I go to THIS location.

I LOVE Skyline, but this location specifically can not get your drive-thru order right. We have ate inside and it's always great and the food and servers are awesome. But god forbid you go through the drive thru, I'd say in the last 10 orders we've had 8 that give us the wrong items. All we order is Cheese Coneys and are very specific with what we want on them, I'll go so far as to name the ingredients for them. They CANNOT get it right. Without fail I get my Cheese Coneys with everything on them every time even if the receipt has the correct toppings. I cannot be more specific. 2 Stars only because when you eat in they are great.

What a great location. Having a short lunchtime, Skyline always delivers My Coney's and 4 way very fast and friendly. Such a great wait staff. 5 Stars

I eat skyline one to two times a week. This is my first time at this location. The service wasn’t very good and neither was the food. Highly disappointed. I’ll stick with Xenia in Wilmington. Get it together, Bellbrook.

The most polite, efficient, personable, and amazing young Staff ever and always.I do drive thru occasionally and have never been disappointed and always amazed by these Kids!!!!!
