Unlike CVS with their ridiculously long lines and occasional drug shortages this pharmacy is top notch. When your doctor sends in a script it is almost immediately filled and you are notified. Everyone who works the counter has some form of pharmacological understanding. If you need anything they are kind enough to help you find it in the aisle. Overall I've been there three times for my kids' medicines and have had positive experiences. Parking along Church Street is hard but there is a parking garage behind the pharmacy. Lastly, should you need to call the store a person usually answers.

I thought the delivery service would be a great convenience, however, when they keep sending prescriptions that have been cancelled and don’t refill on time, the delivery doesn’t matter much. At least they are doing well because any time you need help they are just too busy. Good luck

This is my maiden name so it wouldn’t be in their system. I already called and spoke with people about these issues numerous times before finally making the move to completely remove all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. I really didn’t want to but the service was just so terrible.

I have been going to Serket for the last two years. Mohamed, the owner and pharmacist, has helped me with getting the vaccines I needed for both of my pregnancies. He is so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and funny! Mohamed is such an incredible resource. I travel to Serket from West Orange because there are no other pharmacies with the same level of service and care that Mohamed and his crew provide.

Serket Pharmacy (named for the Egyptian goddess of healing) embodies the kind of expert care and knowledge we all hope for. Pharmacist Mohamed Dandash is whip-smart, so professional and kind, and got me in pronto for the new booster. His pharmacy covers all bases from mainstream to homeopathic non-toxic remedies. Also wonderful: the creative window display and beautiful artwork of healing herbs by Mohamed’s partner Emma. No wonder they’re already beloved; I only wish I lived nearer by!

This pharmacy is small, but mighty!

IMO: they provide the best-customer care experiences: they are personable , customer focused, welcoming, consistently reliable, kind, & trust worthy. *Bonus*: both the staff & pharmacist actually smile & exchange pleasantries w/the customers.
While it may seem trivial, to me, it’s hugely important.

Unfortunately, the other local big-chain pharmacies.we all know of, have lost most, if not all, of the qualities above, (hence the reason why I now only use this pharmacy).
You’ll never find a scowling face nor miserable looking staff here!

Amazing customer service! The pharmacist and the receptionist could not have been nicer. I was in a bind and needed something last minute and the pharmacist was willing to help me - he was so kind. I have never been a customer here before but the kind manner in how they helped me have fully made me want to be a customer there moving forward!
