Their team was professional, helpful, and very responsive throughout the entire process. They were able to bring our virtual idea to reality and delivered a top-notch booth that exceeded our expectations. My company has worked with Sensations Worldwide for SMM Hamburg Project. We were not happy about their job at all because of a lot of missing items and bad quality handworks. They forgot to bring feet of the side board, meeting table, extra ordered cables, IPAD stands and IPADS (finally they could bring IPADS but they could not manage to bring IPAD stands although they promised). They did not pay attention to visuality at all everywhere cables were out and they used paving stones instead of legs of sideboard as you can see in the pictures. We paid extra 375 € for connection cables of the laptops and they did not provide it at all. That's why in the first day of the expo we asked from them to refund it. Today is already 37th day and they promise everyday for tomorrow. If you think to work with them we suggest you to think 100 times more before you do it. We had to give 1 star here to publish otherwise we would give 0. Finally, some of the people who rated 5 Star is their employee. Additionally, some people who rated 5 Star is their employee.

Our company worked with Sensations Worldwide for a large-scale tradeshow in Atlanta in March 2023. The booth build was due to be completed in 2 days (giving our team 2 days to install and troubleshoot our demo). They completed the build 36 hours behind schedule and with numerous issues. Our team had to work through the night in order to be able to open for the show.

The delay and issues were very frustrating, but the most alarming problem was the lack of ownership and communication once the issues were brought to Sensations Worldwide management. Following multiple emails from me, Sensations Worldwide finally arranged a call to discuss the matter (Almost 3 weeks after the show). On that call, I was asked to allow 2 further days for them to propose a solution. That was over 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails from me, the company has decided to ignore the issue and effectively ‘ghost’ our communications.

Booth construction is a significant investment. It's crucial to choose a company that not only delivers quality work but also values their commitments and communicates effectively. This was not our experience with Sensations Worldwide.

We have worked with Sensation worldwide twice. They built professional booth for the internationally known Medica tradeshow, in Dusseldorf. We will most likely continue to work with them

I had a contract for the construction of a pavilion at ITB Berlin in 2020. I hired the services of Sensations Worldwide for this purpose. My accountant transferred the full invoiced amount plus Euro 1500/- to Sensations Worldwide. The amount € 1500/- did not belong to Sensations Worldwide. The company management promised to refund € 1500/- on the first day of ITB. This amount has nothing to do with the services of Sensations Worldwide. Till today despite many promises, our money has not been refunded by Sensation Worldwide. This is professional dishonesty. I have many emails in which the company management promised to refund € 1500/-

Secondly, I asked many times to provide pictures of the pavilion they constructed before the cancellation of ITB. Due to COVID pandemic, ITB was cancelled on February 29 and I immediately informed them of the cancellation. They said they had already constructed the pavilion but never provided pictures of the constructed pavilion. Pictures were required by clients but I never received pictures of the constructed pavilion. I did not claim a refund of the invoiced amount but as a client, I deserved to ask for the details of work they had already done before a cancellation.
In short, I will never trust this company for future projects.

Was our first and LAST! time working with Sensations, we are not satisfied with their service.
What we agreed was not what we found and they made us pay 100% payment upfront and now refuse to reimburse a significant amount for their delays.
- Information given to us was not followed. Starting with the build up schedule. The build up of our stand only started on the 4th day of build... (2 days later from what we where told), I spend a full day of my time waiting for them to come and talk to me, but no one cared, they only told me over the phone not to worry!!! As if.... A total of 5 days were available for build up and they only started on the 4th day and due to it handed over the stand on the next day at 11.30pm!
- After complaining about the delay we were told over the phone we would have a full dedicated team starting at 7am next day. Again wasted my time waiting for them! They only arrived at 9.30am and only 2 people .
- Furniture not as promised: we had specifically asked about the furniture so we could choose from, we were told it would be exactly as per design. Turned out that tables are rounded instead of squared and bar stools different that in design too.
- Hanging lights damaged and short: Both were bended and out of shape. One was damaged. There where no spare ones and we had no option but to use as they are. I had specifically asked about the length of the cable, was told 1.5m and onsite figured out they were half the length. They also came with different white bulbs (warm and cold light), although onsite team did managed to find new bulb to match.
- Flooring in small pieces- too many joints: we had graphic flooring and once again I had specifically asked the width of the roll, I was told 2m which would have had 1 single joint along the middle of the stand. However we found that we had all small rolls of 1,18m which where not even calculated properly and made us have 9 joints in the floor.
- Artificial plants not as promised: I had also requested pictures of this… as per design we were told… and when we arrived we found 2 tiny plants without a decent planter box even.
- Shelves missing lights : in the design we have downlight in 2 of the shelves, but these never came and onsite team wasn’t aware of them, they didn't even reply to this.
- And finally, and most important the handover delay. As per contract your handover time was meant to be 4pm, the stand was only completed by 11.30pm.

Sensations Worldwide has been a great partner to work with. The exhibition stand that I designed and created for my company turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. All the time, I hire them to help me at trade shows.
