UPDATE: Thought I would give them another chance but I decided not too. QuickBooks online integration is an additional 20 dollars a month when there desktop is free. Doesn’t make sense to me. Usually companies charge for desktop integration not online. Complete reverse on these guys side. What’s there to really to maintain?

Absolutely Awful Company! Don't worry, your data is completely locked and inaccessible if you ever decide to leave or switch companies. Tech Support does not have the tools to unlock your data to transfer to a new database because by default your data is locked by your tenant ID. Which is astonishing that developers of this company cannot convert your data all for the sake of security. When in my experience, if security is an issue, proof of ownership of the data and providing necessary documents would suffice in meeting this type of request. The software architecture is behind the times and forget about database backups. "It's for cost savings" yet SQL Express is free and really should be built on that. SQL is more stable and reliable that's why SO MANY other on premise-based software companies default to that. Now granted QuoteWerks has that capability but it's not its default which is a poor choice and it cost you more money even though you're hosting your own database with ZERO protection. It's so fascinating that most on premise software companies offer some sort of backup services that is part of your subscription. I gave QuoteWerks a second chance, they blew it. They basically told me to open my wallet again because they couldn't put my closed company in trial mode to simply recover my old data even though I am currently paying for a new subscription. Cancelling today and never going back!

I have used Quotewerks for about 12 years, tech support has been nothing but helpful and fast. The software does what I need it to, I don't use integration with my accounting software.

Limited tech support. Once you cancel your subscription you can no longer access your quotes. There is much better software out there.
