Rarely crowded. Patrons are courteous & not on their phones. I get in & get out. No one hogging Smith machines or benches & no groups of Gen Zs camping out at one machine either.

I cannot say enough, good things about Planet Fitness in Warrenton , Virginia. The staff is always so friendly, the gym is immaculately clean, and everyone, members included, take pride in the equipment. You are greeted within seconds of entering the building and very seldom do I see any staff on their cell phones. (This is very rare nowadays). My perception is that the staff truly loves their job and it shows!!! Thank you, McKenzie, Amber, Mimi, and all the rest of the staff. I am very grateful for you all.

I’m visiting from Canada and in town for a week, and I can't go that long without the gym! Amber and Declan at Planet Fitness in Warrenton were absolutely incredible. I had issues with my card and bank account being declined while trying to set up a subscription, but they went above and beyond, spending over 30 minutes helping me. They were so supportive and patient the entire time, and they made sure I had an account before I left. Really grateful for their help—great customer service!

Friendly and professional staff, with smiles on their faces everytime they greet you. The facility is kept immaculate and it has all the exercise equipment I need. Plus the massage chairs are a great incentive, a rewarding and relaxing way to end each session!

Jayson & Mimi are always so cheerful in the mornings & make coming in a treat. The facility is always very clean & when everyone & their brother don't decide to show up at once, there are plenty of machines. I feel like I really get great value for the amount I pay each month for my membership. I'm also amazed at Mackenzie & Amber with their leadership & how well they know each member that comes in like they're best friends with us all. It's a great place to be.
