This dental office truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and completely at ease. The entire team made the experience feel comfortable not clinical or intimidating and that really stood out to me.

The staff were friendly, professional, and even brought some humor into the visit, which helped calm my nerves and made the atmosphere feel relaxed and human. Dedra, the office manager, was especially kind and made sure everything ran smoothly. The receptionist was great too friendly and on point, which made check-in and communication super easy.

The office itself is very clean and well-kept, which gave me even more confidence in the care I was receiving. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable, and that made a huge difference.

This is definitely going to be my dental home from now on. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and genuine people.

My daughter presented for wisdom teeth extraction. Dedra's check-in process was exemplary; her expertise, reassuring demeanor, and positive energy were exceptional. She patiently explained the procedure in terms easily understood by my daughter. Dedra is a highly skilled professional, and her caliber should be emulated throughout the industry. While the office is compact and could benefit from additional seating, its convenient location is advantageous. Thank you Dedra, for making this challenging process easy for my child.

My experience here has been great so far. From the time you walk in, you are greeted promptly by the receptionist. Everyone was very nice, professional, and caring. They made sure I completely understood my plan of care and the costs associated with it.

Accepts my insurance, cleaning is fine, staff is pleasant. However, the upsell game is strong, so come prepared to ask why multiple out of pocket rinses are necessary and make a decision on what you see value in. The other issue that knocks them straight down to one is a lack of respect for your time. A routine cleaning was over 3 hours (and I am only a couple weeks off from the every 6 month schedule, so nothing unusual in my cleaning)

Edit: I tried to call the number left in the comment on my review to discuss further and received an automated message. I called during business hours.

10/10 experience here. I was referred by a friend and they took great care of me. I’m 36 weeks pregnant & have an induction very soon. I needed to come in for an emergency dental appointment for a cracked molar. They got me right with a temporary crown and walked me through the entire crown process, as well as the financial part. Unfortunately this office has gone downhill with their scheduling department in the last year. We have been a faithful patient here for the last eight years and have always been able to call and schedule a cleaning very easily. I have tried to do the same thing since December and each time I call to schedule a simple, routine cleaning, the person that answers the phone tells me “I will send a message to our scheduling department and they will reach out to you.” However, no one ever calls back. It would not be a big deal if they had an online option for scheduling but I am never offered that option either. Really disappointed that I cannot get in for a simple cleaning.
