I been living here over 10yrs and with three different owners and I would say the second owner probably was somewhat the best but still cheap. Now the AHF which is the Aides Health Fondation they is taking all that free money from donation and the government and making g millions and millions and the service we receive from the staff is poor. Roaches, flies,Nats, and what ever these other bugs they have flying around here. The community bathrooms has blackwood painted over, The Elevator breaks down probably 5 to 10 times a month. They have a lot of seniors citizens who lives here who slip on the steps. I had a friend name boom boom he slip and hit his head and died a week later. They or required to supply the rest room here toilet paper. We have twenty two rest room and none of them had any toilet paper put in them in two weeks. But the main. (AHF) AIDES HEALTH FONDATION #1 SLUM LORDS two years running wow!!.

Rooms get dusty, walls get wet and mold starts to grow. One of my walls got damaged and stead of fixing it they just painted over. Roaches all over, restrooms always dirty. The morning staff is great but evening staff is the worse. If you got a package you gotta wait until the next day

Let's get this straight this is not a nightly hotel it's a residential Hotel I pay rent every month this is one of several owned by the AIDS healthcare foundation there's another guy did a review and he's absolutely right 👍🏻 this place has too much dust it literally looks like it's snowing in my room and you hold a flashlight in the air constantly Dusty the washer and dryer I'm so bad condition dirty I wouldn't let a pig do his laundry there it's sad I don't like talking about places but this place is making me sick so it's home I have to do what I got to do and I don't know why this is Jamie Lopez you know that's not the name it's called The Madison Hotel AHF

The pricing is very cheap. Up to $400/ month for a small room and a sink. Basically, you share a bathroom with all tenants on each floor. In many cases, there is no bathroom paper, the window stays open that other tenants can see and take pictures from other windows while you are using the bathroom. I know, I catch one with a camera and the management will not do anything about it. Bathrooms are nasty, feces on walls, floors or on the toilet seat. Other problems are the roaches and bed bugs running around. The female staff are nice, but those two guys, Fernando and one of the managers, David are very rude, discriminating against women, especially white women. I got to see their nasty behavior which is not acceptable. I am not sure if that has anything to do with religion, but those men are truly nasty and extremely rude. I was told that one of the tenants will be taking actions against them for discrimination. Hope the new owner will take care of them.

All these posting claiming canceled flights or a great hotel stay are FICTIONAL at best, this place has tons of crime, bedbugs everywhere including across 3 floors of restrooms, and is classified low income housing, there is nothing exceptional about this building whatsoever and any review claiming otherwise is false. Honestly the building should be condemned.
