When walking into to Kirby’s, there’s an exciting but very comfortable mood to it. If you enjoy live music and wonderful people, this is definitely the place to be!!!After going to Kirby’s for much of my life, it’s amazing to me how it always brings back wonderful moments and memories but does just as great of a job creating new ones! For that I am forever thankful!!. There’s something magical about it—right from it not necessarily being a huge fancy bar but Instead being a place you can easily go with friends or by yourself. You feel like it’s yours, like you’re discovering something new and unique each time!Thank you to the people at Kirby’s that work hard at make it not only memorable but welcoming for everyone!

The best hole in the wall dive in Kansas. All kinds of bands and performers grace the stage. I have gone to see certain bands, but normally just go and not know what’s coming. It’s always eclectic. The staff is great. It’s always free and patrons tip the bands. Absolutely love the energy of a show in such a small intimate spot. Not a food place, but a LMNO pizza hits the spot after a few drinks and a show.

GREAT PLACE TO GO TO CATCH LIVE MUSIC ALL MOST EVERY NIGHT. PLACE AS A LONG HISTORY OF NO COVER CHANGE EVER!!!!!!! PIZZA AND SNACK FOOD. MUST BE 21 TO ENTER. THEY HAVE RECENTLY OPEN UP ONE OF THE MOST UP TO DATE PINBALL ROOMS WITH "FLIPSIDE"HAPPINESS AND LAUGHS TO HAVE FOR THE NEXT 50 PLUS YEAR'S .. TIP THE BANDS AND BARTENDERS. WITHOUT THEM WICHITA WOULD BE A BORING PLACE

Been going to Kirby's for about 12 years. Cut my teeth in the live music scene there, as have soooo many other young weirdos. Always been a good spot for new comers to run into something unexpected and rub shoulders/make connections with other artists. I've seen it experience some ups n downs over the years, but some cool folks in THE domestic band in town recently bought out some previous owners who held poor views on LGBTQIA folks, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the new ownership, and what the future of this essential Wichita dive bar has in store.

Loved Kirbys. Great place for beer and cider, a few wine and n/a beverage selections. Atmosphere was the perfect casual, on campus local bar with great music playing. Loved the open windows and outdoor seating area.

The most iconic dive bar in the Midwest. Kirby's is the spot to catch every type of music your heart could imagine. From local acts to touring bands from all over the world, Kirby's should be in the Kansas music hall of fame. Don't forget to check out the flipside next door, with some of the best pinball machines around. Enjoy a beer, try some LMNO Pizza, and keep supporting local.

Kirby's is the coolest little one-of-a-kind bar in Wichita. It is tiny but they also have a pinball arcade attached to it and you can walk back and forth with your beer. Also, they have live music most nights. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely a place you gotta check out of you are passing through, and buy a T-shirt!
