Just loved the place, the way coaches work with kids is impressive. I would definitely recommend this kids gym to parents as this is going to ensure the following:
1. Build confidence
2. Strength training
3. Interaction skills

Kids strong is hands down the best. My son looks forward to going! He started his classes back when he was 15m old and he is now 22m. Kids strong has helped him adjust well to group settings. I love the mix they have in class, such as, talking about colors, numbers, obstacle courses, learning about animals and their emotions, free play, and competitions are always always fun! I love how the kids learn how to take turns and watch their little friends help them complete a challenge together, it shows them great team work! The coaches are awesome as well, they are so patient, supportive, and kind with the kids. 100/10 recommend, kids strong is a life style!! SIGN THEM UP!!! (Attached is an old photo of my son before class started, his excitement is unreal at this place.)

The coaches and the programs are fantastic. My son has grown so much since starting KidStrong. His physical strength especially has increased. It is crazy seeing a four year old with biceps haha! Our son really loves coaches Harmony, Eric, and Rich! They are really kind, fun and encouraging.

My son is 2 and at the moment no verbal but when we got in the car he said Ball Mom and that made me really emotional. I feel like going to Kid strong will help him to talk. The coaches were so patient and he had a ball!

We love this place! If there was a class available every day of the week, we would be there for every class. The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy working with children and are very interactive. Great place for children to exercise their social skills as well as their muscles.

My daughter loves the classes and has shown such growth in just 10 sessions with KidStrong. She continues to gain confidence in her abilities, she shows resilience and determination if she doesn’t accomplish a task on the first try, and she’s doing great with teamwork. The program clearly works and the coaches are amazing!

We LOVE KidStrong. We have been in classes since they opened last year. My daughter has grown SO much both physically and more importantly for us in her confidence. The coaches were always there to meet her where she was that day. If she needed some extra time to get comfortable or she needed a push to make something more challenging, they adjusted accordingly. The coaches care about the kids, you can tell. I would highly recommend having your child give it a try!
