Coach Ashley has been a fantastic leader for the class. She makes sure every child feels valued and included. She can lead class sizes ranging from 3 to 12+ kids and makes it a meaningful and fun experience for the kids each time. The curriculum is age-appropriate and dynamic, providing new developmentally appropriate content with each visit. Definitely recommend this program!

The staff treats you like family. They truly care about your little one. The coaches are fantastic at creating a positive and encouraging environment, making sure everyone feels included and is learning at their own pace. When your child is asking to go everyday; you know they are doing something right. We tell everyone that they should join.

My son has learned so many unexpected social skills from class. When we first signed up I didn't know they would be taught things other than physical fitness stuff. He has learned social cues, how to shake hands and introduce himself, and even learned where to look when making eye contact ( he has difficulty with this; they taught him to look up towards the top of the nose ) - he even orders his own food now and has done so multiple times. Before we started, he wasn't interested in anything except sitting on a couch watching tv or playing switch games- now he is very active and has even picked up other sports! He says Coach David is his favorite, and I have to agree, he is an exceptional role model! There was an instance where my son couldn't stay still or stop yelling and instead of targeting him solely the coach said they were a team and that they were only as strong as the weakest player- and they all did 5 pushups together. My son REALLY took away from that. Now he tells me he doesn't want to let his team down and genuinely tries his little nine year old heart out in class. I really appreciate how well rounded class is and that it switches up every time to something new. It's very clean inside ( even the bathroom! ) and the coaches are very professional. They aren't just adults telling kids what to do- they are genuine ... super heroes? My son is constantly asking me if he is "swoll" yet like Coach David, and will randomly speak highly of him when not in class. I think that speaks volumes of how positive the environment and lessons and coaches are when a nine year old boy constantly talks about it. Would 10/10 recommend. They also do parents night out and I have taken both my sons multiple times and they LOVE it. And believe me, I do too!

We loved attending Kids Strong for a straight 6 months. My son learned a lot about making turns, reaffirmation words and mindset, waiting, and identifying colors, etc. Unfortunately, I had to focus on my future career, and my time is limited now. We'll be missing all the amazing friends we made there, the coaches, and the entire amazing team. We plan to come back in the future for sure. Love you all, thanks for providing such a nice environment for young kids. I do recommend parents have a trial class, it will change your mind.

My kids enjoy the coaches, the atmosphere, and the weekly milestones. The fact that at the end of each class, they are taught sportsmanship conduct, like cheering on their teammates when they don't get an award is an award in and of itself. As a mom, I am joyful that both of my boys look forward to this class once a week. My eldest son was diagnosed with ADHD this has for sure helped him with his focus not only at home but also inside the classroom as well.

Ashley always welcomes us with a warm smile, and we truly appreciate Coach David! He has a wonderful way of connecting with the kids, and we admire his approach to guiding them when they stray off course or become distractions in class (which is often our child, haha). He maintains a firm yet gentle demeanor, and he consistently makes a positive impact on their character.
