This has been a really great experience for my 4 year old. He asks everyday if it's class day. There's new obstacles and challenges every week and they make working out fun and engaging. Coach Daniel and Coach Amy are our favorite coaches, they always have a positive, happy attitude, and you can tell they really enjoy working with the kids.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and great with kids. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of fun, engaging activities that keep the little ones active and excited to come back. It’s a perfect environment for kids to burn energy, build confidence, and develop important motor skills. We’ve noticed such a positive impact on our child’s coordination and social skills since joining. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and fun space for their kids to stay active!

Excellent curriculum and coaching. Great patience for all personality types. I thought it was kind of bougie when my daughter signed my granddaughter up, but it has become my favorite activity of the week with them. My first granddaughter just completed 80 classes and the younger one is attending and it is phenomenal.

My daughter absolutely loves her kidstromg class. It's the highlight of her week. The coaches are all great. The class is an awesome mix of physical activity, learning, problem solving and practicing social and emotional skills and good sportsmanship. Best of all, my 4 year old is WIPED OUT by the end of class (which is not an easy feat to accomplish)

My kids (8 and 10) absolutely love this place. Coach Amy has been amazing since day one. All of the staff has been incredible, but she really stands out. She has a very unique way of engaging with the kids, and the lessons that are encompassed within each session are fantastic. It's not just about physical activity, they also learn social skills and confidence through a science-based fitness curriculum. Highly recommend!

My almost five year old is super shy and we started here two months ago. It's incredible to see how much esteem, confidence and strength she has built in such a short amount of time. The coaches are all so incredible and loving. It takes her awhile to warm up to people and she was comfortable by the third class. I cannot say enough good things that this kid strong has done for us and for a worried mom!! She absolutely loves it.
