We have been members for over a year and my son still loves coming every week. The coaches are so energetic and really care about the kids. I highly recommend KidStrong for any parent looking to boost their child's physical and social skills while having fun at the same time!

Great class for my four and a half year old. We wanted something to help him build core strength because he is not very coordinated. The class is organized and everyone there is very helpful and nice. We started with month to month but price decreases with a 6 month commitment.

The coaches are fantastic and really make this what it is. These coaches are dedicated. They bring the excitement, the energy and also the confidence and discipline needed for our kids. Also a program that works on mental health and physical health while teaching social skills is so critically needed and vital to our children now a days.

I came across an ad for kids strong, and I thought this is a great concept. It was my son's first time today and he loved it. It keeps them active, teaches listening skills and teamwork. He even said the affirmations that they do, ( I'm strong, I'm brave, I can do this) which I love. They also had a little ceremony at the end, which I thought was really cool and you can graduate up to the next level as you continue going. I will definitely keep bring my son. If your child is home with nothing to do, give them a break from social media, and let them come burn off some energy. The kids are very active and every week the activities get more challenging. You will watch your child push through to new levels and get rewarded for their efforts. The coaches are friendly and caring. They interact with all the kids and assist them when a challenge is a little difficult. They keep you informed of your child’s progress and assist you with make up classes. If you’re looking for fun and excitement with a little challenge, Kid Strong is the place for you and your little one!!! My grandson loves it.

The staff are responsive, really friendly and communicate well. They always work to try to make our experience great. The coaches are very enthusiastic and so good with the kids. Facility is nice and always looks clean.

This is the best program and facility. We are so happy we discovered this for our 5 year old son (would be just as excited if we had a daughter). They combine physical wellness with targeted focus on character development by working on confidence, sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership. There is nothing else out there like this for kids of all ages. My son loves it and I love seeing the progress he’s made and milestones he’s achieved. The staff and coaches are phenomenal. I can’t recommend KidStrong Plantation enough!
