We absolutely love Kid Strong. My kids are always so excited to go and honestly so are me and my husband. The Coaches are always very friendly and welcoming. They know our kids by name and are so encouraging. We've seen huge growth in not only our kids strength and coordination but also their confidence. My kiddo has thrived here! I love the many coaches that are engaged and want to truly help these kids succeed!! Yes, of course there are a select few that seem like they are just there for a paycheck and fail to engage the kids as they should and allow for some ridiculous behavior by not keeping kids on task. However this is quickly remedied by change in class or mention to upper management with your concerns. My son LOVES kid strong, and I have watched him grow in confidence, body awareness, emotional awareness and even public speaking over the past year.

We love the leadership and the coaches at KidStrong. They go out of their way to make the kiddos feel welcome and comfortable. My daughter didn’t feel comfortable her first class and was very scared of the new environment. Marcus went in and sat with her, and made her feel more comfortable. She now loves it and looks forward to her class every week. The coaches are wonderful too and we have seen big changes in her confidence and anbilities each week.

We were very happy with the trial class that our 2 year old daughter attended. It was perfectly paced for her age level. The coaches kept the kids engaged and were still involved alongside the parents to work together to guide the kids through the obstacles. I think that’s so important to build independence with the kids while they’re learning to trust themselves with other adults and their own abilities. It was more than just a physical class to get some energy out.
We will be signing up to attend regularly!

We’ve had our nephew in class since he was a 2.5 years old. He absolutely loved it from day one. But being in the parent-tot class, we felt overwhelmed and like it was too much for him to follow the circuits, sit and listen, and wait his turn—but we stuck with it and kept coming back week after week and have seen so. much. progress! In my opinion their starting age of “walking” is a little young but definitely doable if you're willing to put in the work as the parent doing the class. The consistency in coaches who teach week to week is lacking—but every single coach we’ve had has been amazing! The owner Tracy was super friendly in answering all my questions before we signed up. They have a fair missed class make-up policy. Their mantra “I am strong! I am brave! I can do this!” has translated into other areas of life. Our little buddy has gone from getting frustrated when he can’t do something on the first attempt to saying to himself, “twy again! I tin do dis!” I love that they teach life skills disguised as play in every class. We’ve practiced ordering food from a menu, learned about different emotions, practiced deep breathing to calm down, took turns shaking hands with coaches and classmates. There’s a healthy dose of competition in every class where the kids are encouraged to cheer on their teammates and clap for the winners. I’m so glad we found KidStrong! All the skills they do in circuits are scalable. Which means the coach shows an easy, medium and challenging version of the move. After the growth we’ve seen in the three months we’ve been there, I’m excited to see how much more progress our nephew makes a year from now. Do your kids a favor and sign them up!!

My 3 year old son loves coming to class! They do such fun activities, and exercises. The staff and coaches really care about the kids and go out of their way to make sure the kids are happy and engaged. The class is the perfect pace. Highly recommend for all ages!
