I have been searching for an activity for my 3 year old daughter for so long and came up short everytime (either gymnastics, dance, karate, swim class was already full or too early over the weekends). I was so happy that Kidstrong had an afternoon class over the weekend. I enrolled as soon as I saw it was offered. My daughter loves the class. Coach Cal is very energetic, fun, and remembers each child's name! It's so great that each child is acknowledged. The gym routines are different each week to keep it interesting. I see my child's confidence developing and she loves getting awards when deserved as well. Ty Kidstrong Oceanside & Coach Cal! 100% recommend.

The coaches are incredibly engaging and motivating, always making sure that every child feels encouraged to reach their full potential. The activities are challenging yet achievable, helping kids build strength, confidence, and discipline while having a blast. KidStrong has been a wonderful addition to our routine!!!

Kidstrong is such a great concept. Its emphasis on increasing confidence and teamwork, along with healthy competition, is exactly what many children are in need of today. My daughter’s are eager to continue, in order to advance through the stages and get rewards. I’ve noticed the increased attention span and the increased ability to follow specific directions, at home. Love it!

The staff and coache are great, my grandson has Autism and this is helping him t0 be strong and have confidence. The coaches try their best to accommodate him and help him in everything he tries to do.

Loving the new center! We’ve been going to KidStrong for years and the change in my son is wonderful. The programming at KidStrong not only build physical strength but mental strength as well. From the handshake and eye contact every class, to the public speaking exercises between workouts, it’s truly making a difference. The coaches are so attentive to the kids and really care about them. Love that this gym is in Oceanside now!!

New gym in Oceanside which focuses on strengthening, agility, confidence, brain exercises and team work. Love the coaches - staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of my daughters has extreme anxiety but you really couldn't tell during her initial class. She had a few moments of anxiety during her second class but with redirection and confidence building, she was able to persevere. I am so proud of the both of them!
