Love Kid Strong! The coaches are great at encouraging and giving these young kids the confidence they need to excel! Our experience has done nothing but instill more confidence in our 3 year old. They work on team bonding, individual skills and body movements and even learn about math and animals. All the kids and parents enjoy each visit and the overall energy of every class is out of this world! We can’t recommend kid strong enough. If you want your child to build confidence, learn how to use their body the CORRECT way while making friends and having fun….. this is the place! 10000000/10.

My son just had his first class here and he loved it! The coaches were great and the woman at the front desk, Noa, was very helpful and sweet. I’m hopeful this will help my child become more confident and strong 💪🏼 I just wish they had one closer to central Austin, hint hint. Yall need another location near downtown!!!!! 😉

Really great experience at North Austin KidStrong. It's the closest one to us (15-20 min drive) and has been well worth it. My son (4) loves the obstacles, challenge and the coaches. From a parent's perspective, they do a great job making it interesting (and hilarious) at the same time as educational and confidence building. In the past 6 months I've seen a big change in my reluctant little boy. I enjoy going as much as he does. Thank you coaches!

KidStrong North Austin has been great for my son! While there have been a few different coaches during our time there, they've all been fantastic. They're very energetic and they keep the kids engaged so there's not a boring moment in class. I would definitely recommend KidStrong to any parent that's looking to help their child build up their confidence and strength.

We love kidstrong!! My son started off super nervous and shy, we signed up for 6 months and have been going strong for almost 2 months. Every day when we pick him up from school he asks if it’s kids strong day? It’s been super cool to watch him come out of his shell, and the coaches put in full effort every class to be encouraging and make it fun 🫶

As the parent, I love that he is demonstrably gaining confidence and coordination. Both big wins.

Only word of caution is that there is very high turnover with the coaches, but that hasn't affected the quality of instruction, so no complaints.

It was a warm, welcoming experience. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like we were coming there for years the way we were greeted. My daughter hasn’t fallen asleep at bedtime so easily in months! She talked about her experience for the rest of the day and kept looking at her “S” for strong hand stamp and saying she wanted to go back. She’s very excited to return
