I cannot say enough positive things about the KidStrong program! Since my daughter started, she has gained so much confidence, both in the class and outside of it. The coaches are absolutely amazing—so encouraging, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping the kids grow. They create a fun, supportive environment where my daughter feels challenged but never overwhelmed.

She’s now so excited for class every week; it’s truly the highlight of her week. Watching her enthusiasm and seeing how much she’s learning and developing in each class makes me so grateful for the KidStrong experience. The coaches really know how to bring out the best in each child, and the positive energy they create has made a lasting impact on my daughter’s confidence. KidStrong has been an awesome addition to my 9 and 7 year old boys’ activities. They look forward to showing up each week and giving 100%. The exercises/obstacles change each week and are fun but challenging. It is 45 minutes of nonstop energy. The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging, and you can see how the kids want to work hard to impress. Highly recommend for any kid, whether athletic or just starting in a physical activity. Very welcoming for all.

We absolutely love bringing our child to KidStrong! There's a wonderful sense of togetherness that permeates every class, and it's been fantastic to see our kiddo blossom. We absolutely love KIDSTRONG! Coaches are amazing with all of the children. We have seen so much growth and joy in our child since she has been attending classes. She is 2 and had trouble engaging with others as she wasn't used to being around other children. The coaches really drew her out of her shell and her confidence has grown so much. She loves going to classes and it is always such a positive experience.

If you’re looking for a place to take your child to build strength, confidence and communication skills this place is it. I wish we started this place years ago! My daughter was very hesitant to start but after the third or fourth visit she loved it. She’s not as timid as she was and she’s become more comfortable with the class. She’s asking everyday if we have kids strong class. It used to be hard to get her to go in so I’m very impressed and thankful she’s doing well. I’m so grateful for all the staff there. They have the patience and passion for what they do. I can’t wait to see how far we’ll go with kids strong.
