I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a OEM Honda part from this store. I paid ~$40 for the part, and another $13 in shipping (to have it expedited, which still took almost three weeks). The wrong part was sent; I sent customer service an email to show them it was the wrong part, but I was told that their confirmation email was wrong and so was I. I sent back the part, unused (it was the cover for a mirror), and waited for at least the correct part (as promised in an email) to be sent or reimbursement (they told me they would not reimburse me for the shipping even if they made the mistake). It has been three months and no money has been returned and, in the alternative, no part has been sent. Do NOT trust them and do NOT use them. Find a more honest, friendly and helpful parts' supplier elsewhere. Do not use a store that takes advantage of someone spending hard-earned money to fix a blemish on his car. Yes, the pandemic hurt us all, but $40 from me to pad your bottom line seems a bit unwarranted.

A great all around dealership with a great all around staff. I was helped by Rob Logan a dealer at Jay Honda, there was no funny business he was right to the point and we were in and out in the same day with two cars. Overall an excellent experience.

I called to ask if they would price match on seat covers. I was told "We can't compete with online prices". I then asked if I could have the part number and was told "I can't give that out or you'll go somewhere else". It didn't seem like he was wanting my business so I'm going to order it online.
