Exceptional service by this store, You guys got me for another ITC membership. :) Usually in here a few times a month. One of the best stores in B-Town to get the odds and ends. Everyone has been super helpful each visit and anytime I have had a return they have been super accommodating. Everything is generally well stocked and the store is spot clean.

Manager Mike helped me out with a return and honored the days old sale price on my exchange of unopened wrenches with receipt, i got the wrong ones . Helpful staff great selection . I come here a lot and the walk in warranty is hard to beat with a store So close.

I am in the store every weekend looking for the great deals love the dollar days deals and all the special sales they Always have The staff is always friendly and helpful Always get a greeting as soon as I step threw the door

Amazing prices on all tools especially with the regular coupons can't be beat!

Visited this store, walk in, was greeted and asked what I was looking for, told him and he didn't bother to look. Simply stated they have nothing like that and gave me that wasting my time look. So I said "Later" and walked out. Good God, what is wrong with some people in this world.

No willing help or service!!! Cashier had to request assistance on the intercom, a girl came out of the office obviously upset to be bothered with a customer need. She was WORTHLESS, absolutely not willing to help, not wanting to be knowledgeable about products, didn't listen to the customers needs or wants!!! NEEDS TO FIRED!

I am so beyond upset!!! I normally do not post reviews on business pages, and I defiantly never get this upset. We recently purchased an item from the store that costs over $650. The ONLY reason I had bought this item is because the sales associate that was helping us and answering all our questions answered a very important one I had in regards to refunds and whether there was a restocking fee. She assured me there would not be one if the items returned within a time frame and if it was not opened. She said it would be "no problem". About a week and half has went by and we took said item back to return it with the receipts as we did not need it and this item was bought with a credit card!! The store cashier, another cashier and the manager all telling me that there is a $120 restocking fee. (Just for putting an unopened item back on the floor.) They had started the refund with my husband while I was outside. When I came in I said there is not going to be a refund, I am not giving the store a free $120 of money I WORKED for!! They then tried to tell me it has to be refunded cause it was processed now. (This is on MY card.) I told them twice it is NOT getting refunded. So my husband dealt with them which had to charge my card again. (I am aware that they may have had to do it that way,I have worked in retail plenty when I was younger). However no I am highly concerned that they will mess up my credit something horrible and they have already showed how unprofessional they are by lying to make a sell to begin with!!! That is what most makes me so mad!! People are struggling already with rising costs of everything then you have a big store like harbor freight ripping off customers. Had she TOLD me there WOULD be a restocking fee I 100% would not have bought it!!! Shame on them!!

Prices only for membership customers. It’s 30$ for member ship. The woman at check out rude. Stopped in to get a moving blanket and some bungee cords.
