ดิฉันใช้ซอฟแวร์ของ FDA มา 3 ปีแล้วค่ะ โรงแรมของเราอยู่ที่เกาะสมุย ทีมซัพพอร์ตของบริษัทลงมาสอนการใช้งานให้ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นการใช้งาน พนักงานที่โรงแรมก็ให้ feedback กันในทางที่ดีค่ะ ใช้งานง่าย มีปัญหาก็ติดต่อสอบถามกับทีมซัพพอร์ตของบริษัทนี้ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทีมงานที่โรงแรมก็รู้สึกอุ่นใจค่ะ

Due to the technical problem, I called this company more than 4 times, and I left voicemail 2 times. Also I had chatting with Sarah(?) on your website. She said she will give a notice to technical support team about my issue, but I think their technical support team is having long~ vacation during the whole summer 🙂 or they don't care about customer 🙂
We are experiencing enormous overbooking situations because of their neglect attitude.
In other words, we are paying so much money for compensation to our guests.

I will delete this review when they fix the technical problem.
Be aware of this company.
So far (2015. 7. 28), they called and talked with us when the payment due is coming.
Other than that, I couldn't get any customer services.

If Frontdesk Anywhere could deliver what they promised, they would be a fantastic choice. Unfortunately they offer a lot, and deliver little. I've been a customer for a year now, still waiting on updates and "fixes" that were promised last May. The program as a whole is functional and gets the job done, but so many time consuming glitches in the software. I wouldn't purchase this product again.

Easy to use. Can be used anywhere as it's a web-based program. Worth the money. Customer support team in Thailand are willing to help and solve problems.

One of the worst software programs I've ever used. Clearly not set up for hotels. Customer support staff is nice, but hasn't solved any of the issues I've brought up even after several emails and phone calls about the same problem. Now I can't even trust any of the basic reports like payment and charges.

This is the most complicated, non user friendly check in program I have ever used. It is time consuming. You are required to sign in every time you turn around. For example, the steps involved in creating a simple housekeeping list are numerous. Obviously the programers do not have practical front desk experience. There are plenty of programs that are less expensive and cheaper that can be utilized for better maximum guest check in experiences. Check Inn is one.

FDA is easy to use with the understandable format.It helps to reduce human error and other mistakes.The work become more organized and accurate.It has many useful features and can create many report which is help to reduce time consumption.And after service team always respond very fast they are nice and polite.Great service team.
