Fantastic venue, perfect size for intimate events. The stage is very close to the artist, you feel really involved.

It's deceivingly large, lots of room, plus more space upstairs on the balcony.

Two bars, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The Frog and Bucket comedy venue offers a fantastic night out. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Despite the gig being sold out, the fairly small venue didn’t feel overcrowded, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable evening. The bar is well-stocked with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, it’s a top choice for comedy lovers looking for a memorable night out!

Great fun at this venue last night. Seeing Freddy quine on his "in sickeness" tour. Really well set up, and a decent enough selection of booze aswell.

Prices weren't at all steep either which is always a bonus.

Amazing show! All 3 acts were funny, host was also very funny. Staff were nice and helpful. Menu was slightly different from what was online so bit disappointing there,besides that amazing night! Will be back for sure.

As always it was a great night (19/12). However the one lot of drinks were forgotten about so we had to fetch them ourselves after 40minutes, but staff dealt with it well. The food was incredible and reasonably priced and came quickly!
The headliner act we’d seen a few months back for Thursday night live and his set was identical to last time which was a shame but the compare and other 2 acts were brilliant!

The venue... It's a bit run down, and dark but that's fine, that's what is expected. It's great for what it is, it is a fantastic comedy venue. The building is more than adequate, and charming in its own way.

Prices... Cannot complain, it's a great price for what you get. The drinks are superb and brought to you, ordered via an app. Check to make sure that you get what you ask for, but aside from a few mishaps, excellent service from the staff. And great ale, spirits, food.

Service... Spot on. Given the environment and the venue type with the variety of people in the crowd/ building it's superb. The bouncers are friendly and organised, the bar staff are courteous, friendly and quick, and the compere was just as funny and great at crowd interaction.

Food... It's not 5 star nor is it Michelin rated. But it's tasty and value for money. If you're hungry or fussy, eat before or after, and just enjoy the venue for what it is a drinking establishment with comedy. We had the food, it was tasty and enjoyable 2 courses, but it wasn't filling enough. But we also ordered many packets of nuts and crisps to fill up on

The comedians we saw were funny. Great humour, not every joke was 5 star, but the overall comedy was great. Would watch them both again. And I'm sure they will be doing the rounds for some time. Very funny.

Would definitely return to this venue, it was a great evening!

This comedy club never disappoints, the acts are always fun and engaging, couldn’t recommend this club enough!! Food and drinks and great too 🙂 (Top tip: blue light discount works even if you’re buying tickets at the door!)

Love this place setup with pre drinks on the table. Ordering drinks to the table through their QR code was easy. The 3 acts where amazing on the night also. 🎉🎭🎶
