We were about to take over a pub in October with rooms and the previous owners had set up Freetobook. I have never had to deal with booking sites before, this was a massive learning curve for me. Right from day one all the help I have received has been 5star. Even when I thought OMG I can't do this, Heather was the most patient woman I have ever had dealings with, she talked me through it, in my language (basic) and when I phoned the office, the ladies I have spoken to have also been understanding and very helpful. I have no hesitation whatsoever to leave Freetobook a five-star review.

I've been using freetobook for my holiday apartments for 5 yrs and value their great customer service. This used to be a 5* review, but lately the prices have increased dramatically though and for holiday apartments, it's no longer competitive. Their support for Google does not stretch to holiday apartments and VRBO isn't supported. The app is quite useless and the mobile web interface is clunky. Small hotels may still find value in their expanded offering, but I would not recommend it for holiday apartments anymore.

We had been running with another platform for nearly 5 years and were very wary of making the switch to Freetobook but with the help and assistance of Heather it has been very smooth. Our exisiting direct bookings were transferred with ease and our OTA channels were synchronised very easily.

We have been live for one day now and are still getting used to the different screens but I imagine in a few weeks time it will seem second nature. With the lnk to Google Zero we have already seen an increase in direct bookings - Thank you

We've always been an old fashioned "Pencil & Diary" type of B&B. Bookings were a little slow, so we thought we'd sign up with an OTA and many people recommended using Freetobook to be able to automatically sync our diary with the OTA. How easy this has made my life! It's also great for accounting all the extras my guests have and putting it all on 1 bill.

We ran a Guest House for 3 years and Freetobook were our Channel Manager. In the entire time we used them, they were absolutely fantastic. Any question/query we asked was quickly answered. We weren’t dealing with an “outsourced” customer service department, so everything was clear. It truly felt like a “partnership” rather than a service provider we used. When we sold our business, Freetobook made the transfer over to the new owners simple. All the other service providers we were using made the transition unbelievably difficult both for ourselves and the new owners. In our opinion you will never find a better Channel Manager than Freetobook. Awesome!
