I don’t even know where to start, as my experience with this company was nothing short of catastrophic. From the outset, they were understaffed to set up our stand, causing immense stress. The stand was only completed 10 minutes before the opening of the event, and the paint was still wet, staining all of my colleagues’ suits.

The agreed stand design wasn’t respected: a key LED element, crucial for our communication, was completely forgotten. Even worse, six screens were delivered, billed, and left non-functional.

Nobody was available on Sunday to answer our calls or resolve any issues on-site.

No commercial gesture was made to compensate for this situation, despite all the stress it caused. My team couldn’t even set up the stand on time because it wasn’t ready. The management team had to work until 3 AM just to set up the products, forcing us to start Saturday completely exhausted due to their disorganization.

This experience was a total dissatisfaction, with no support or acknowledgment of the difficulties. I strongly advise against working with this provider, as they had a direct negative impact on our brand’s image and our performance during the event.
