This is a great platform for my small business. They are very responsive, and helped me navigate a new POS system. I had been with Intuit POS for over 20 years. Great product for a great price. I switched to eHopper when my previous POS company raised their price exorbitantly. Since switching to eHopper I'm impressed with the great customer service (someone always answers the phone!). The program is fairly intuitive, so that made the switch easy.
