Love the staff here! Started off with Michael as my trainer and he was great. I see him all the time and he’s always got time for a good conversation or two. Staff in general is super friendly and always greet you with a smile from the moment you walk through the doors. 10/10

The first time we visited YMCA North to enquire about starting a membership, we were welcomed by Ms Tiffany. She was very cordial and explained everything to us in detail.
Me and my husband took the membership and we are now regular visitors to the north YMCA.
We enjoy coming to YMCA and the work outs keep us healthy.
We are very happy with cordiality of the staff.
We appreciate Ms Tiffany for her dedication and encouragement given to us.

I've been to several "Y" locations but the North Y is my favorite. There's a nice selection of equipment and it's well maintained. I have to say that I really appreciate being greeted when I walk in by a friendly face and someone who knows my name. Ian and Mikaili do a great job of that. I always feel welcome.

Genuinely the best YMCA I've ever been to, amazing staff, great atmosphere and people, all around a great environment! I'm working with a physical trainer, Michael, and I've never been one to consider using one long term, but he makes me feel welcome every time I walk in for a workout and is a great trainer!! Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good way to get back in shape!

I’m a new member and came in to ask some questions about my membership. I spoke with Anisia at the front desk and she was extremely helpful and professional, managing several tasks and politely interacting with families. I was very impressed and will certainly be back to the North Y for future workouts!

I went to this YMCA for the first time & was blown away by the service I received! The manager, Kaylie especially was a godsend! She showed me where everything was, let me know about upcoming events & even recommended workouts I could do! That’s somebody that definitely deserves a raise!

Great facilities and friendly staff all around! Shout out to the swim staff and teachers - my kid went from not being able to swim to swimming at Academy level in less than two years : ) And despite my kid moving through the levels and having different instructors, they all remember him and greet him!
