This was a first visit for most of us. We had a party of five for a birthday celebration. It was surprisingly very busy for a weeknight. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The two servers we had were very friendly, very attentive and efficient, I don't remember their names, but they were sisters. It took 2.5 hours to receive our food and leave which was a bit of a disappointment, but that appeared to be caused by the kitchen and not the servers. The servers repeatedly checked on us and kept us updated on the progress of our meals. We ordered oysters and lobster bisque to start. The oysters were great and everyone enjoyed them. My bisque flavor was great and it looked beautiful. Three of us ordered steaks cooked to a medium temp, one of us ordered salmon and gnocchi dish and the other person ordered a shrimp and scallop dish. The salmon was very good, the gnocchi garnish was not as enjoyable and was not eaten. There were no complaints about the shrimp and scallop dish. The servers let us know that there would likely be more char on the steaks than is normally the case at Delmonico's as the kitchen was working with a new grill. We said we understood. That said, all of the steaks were extremely charred, more than expected but it was acceptable on two of the steaks. My steak was more medium well than medium, but I just decided to keep it since it seemed as if the cook on the steak was giving the kitchen trouble. The third steak was far too charred for the person that ordered it so he asked that it be re-cooked at a lower temp than medium in hopes that there would be less char. The servers quickly took care of it and the new steak was better. Overall, everyone enjoyed their steaks. For the sides, we ordered asparagus, creamed spinach, fingerling potatoes and the mac and cheese. We didn't really enjoy any of the sides. The mac and potatoes were both cold and with both of these items, when they get cold they become very thick and not so appealing. The asparagus was extremely crispy as if it wasn't fully cooked and we simply didn't enjoy the flavor of the spinach. I think there may just be some kinks in the kitchen with a new menu and new grill, so I hate to leave a not so great review but I want to be honest. I might go back for steak at some point, but I wouldn't order any of these particular sides again and I would probably wait until the grill issue is under control. I'm sure that soon enough it will be.

Such a great place to go to have dinner with friends. The food is incredible and the staff is so friendly and warm. Can't go wrong from seafood to side dishes to steak. Great selection of things including their bourbon flights. Can't wait to go back!

Perfection from start to finish. The seafood tower and lobster bisque to start with the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. Black and bleu filet with scallops was delicious. Very pricey but worth it.

We went lastnight to celebrate our anniversary, my husband and I both got lobster bisque and it’s the best around Cleveland area that we have tried !!! Sooo good , I took the picture after I was already eating it but was very filling with a hefty amount of lobster. Our steaks were perfectly cooked ! We will definitely be back

3 of us went here for a friend's birthday celebration, arrived with a decent looking interior and friendly atmosphere. We're seated promptly and told about a new 1600 heated cooker. Ok, great looking forward to it. We ordered the lobster bisque 9/10 and was delicious as they came. Gnocchi to share also delicious 9/10 (didn't realise all main comes with no extras otherwise woulda ordered more of this). Now for the steaks. We ordered the delmonico, usda prime cowboy, and the chefs daily special a usda prime ny strip. Everything was good up til this point, now the meat was good quality, what you would expect. However, the cook on the majority of our meat was poor. We all asked for medium rare, and they were all pretty much rare. Now I don't mind a rare steak, but it's not what we had asked for. When mentioned, we were told we were wrong by the waitress. (Not gonna go into that) That disappointment aside, we were looking forward to sampling the desert menu, and out they came with a piece of cheesecake for my friends birthday. "Thank you, that's really nice!" We were then given the bill without asking what we wanted for desert. This was a little frustrating, to say the least. They did comp our shareable at the end of the night for the undercooked steaks and a nice piece of cheesecake on the house, but it didn't make up for a poor showing on their end I feel. I was left fairly disappointed after looking forward to trying this place all week, not what i wanted after spending a good chunk of change.

This place is amazing all the way around. From the beautiful setting of the restaurant, the staff are top notch, and I had the best steak in the area. I would definitely suggest this place.
