Great little cycle studio, awesome vibes and even better music. Only thing Missing was computers/leader boards to display stats. Never been to a cycling studio without that, but if you don’t mind not having stats then this is the place for you!

LOVE the classes! Rides are based on the beat of the song. All the instructors are amazingly motivational, and classes will leave you epically sweating but with a smile on your face.

I had an amazing experience at Cycology. I am from Atlanta and am blessed to call an amazing woman-owned boutique my home. I visited COS for Thanksgiving to see my family and as many know, vacations are the death of consistency in fitness. I was so happy to see Cycology as a boutique cycling option to drop in with.

First, I had a lot of questions to make sure this studio would be a good fit for me. Whoever is answering your IG DMs is fantastic. They were timely and detailed. This made me feel comfortable choosing Cycology.

I arrived early for my class and was greeted with excitement and provided shoes. They asked if I needed help with my bike, and while I didn’t, I really appreciated this. Most spin-related injuries are due to studios glossing over on first-timers and this place does not. The lobby, spin room, and lockers are all very cute and clean.

I got to my bike and clipped in and Val came and greeted me. I really appreciated this. Group fitness is very community-oriented and it’s easy to feel like a fish out of water at a new place. Val had a genuine conversation with me, and answered my questions about the vibe and flow of her class so I could jump right in.

The class began with a solid warm-up and then dove right into a great circuit of sprints, climbs, and choreo. The class structure is great for all skill-levels because it is very adaptable. It’s very easy to push yourself if you want to, but I definitely believe this could be a great place for beginners to start too. One thing that I really liked about Val and her class was the way she coached muscle groups. It’s easy to get lost in the beat and just ride, so Val’s emphasis on where the focus should be really helped with creating a more well-rounded workout.

So, because I can’t give you guys my loyalty from across the country, I leave you my kind words. I really encourage both locals and visitors to COS to check this place out. They will take great care of you and you will have a great time! I will definitely be back on future visits.

Hands down the best cycling class experience! I moved to Denver, but make it a point to visit cycology when I’m in the Springs. The best music, instructors, and vibe! Unbeatable!! If they ever open a location in Denver, I’ll be there all the time 🙂

This place was great! I’m not usually very comfortable working out in public, but I wanted to give this a shot and I am glad I did. The atmosphere was very welcoming and empowering. The instructors had great energy and really pumped the class up. I’m totally beat but I can’t wait to do another round!

Hands down, the best cycling studio in Springs and maybe even Colorado. You’ll walk in feeling welcomed, at home, and ready to dance! The instructors are incredible - no matter who you yet, you’ll be so happy with your experience!

I LOVED this cycle studio! I took a weeknight class before 6pm, and it was almost full (as expected). Everyone at the studio was very welcoming, and the instructor made sure to introduce herself, show me the bike and adjust it for me. I really liked the music, "dancing", the instructor's VERY high energy and jokes -- she was crackin' me up the whole time! Her class was challenging, but in a good way. The community feel is strong with this one. I would definitely return for a fun, kick-a$$ (literally) class.
