This office lacks communication and professionalism. I had one worker for a short period of time. Then, I was never informed that she wasn't my worker any longer until I called her voicemail. Someone called me back and told me that I would be getting a new worker and I've been waiting for paperwork, or a email or call and they've never done anything for months now. I also just recently completed my recertification online and I still haven't heard from anyone here. This office is horrible to work with.

I’ve had 2 great workers in the past and my new worker is horrible. She only likes to communicate via email, never responds in a decent amount of time. Before Covid things were great now they all work when they want to for who they want to and is no help at all.

There’s only two workers in here that are actually nice and seem to want to get their job done. Reyshawn Lewis is the worker in the front and she always greets us and makes sure to get the help we need. She’s all about customer service and makes us feel better than the way we came in. The other woman is Ingrid, she’s so nice and does service with a smile. As for all the other workers well I don’t have anything nice to say about them. If you want anything done on your case you better be here everyday and make sure someone helps you. You have to be relentless with these people because they don’t care about you or your family. At one point one of the workers deleted our case from the system and thankfully we caught it right on time by accident. The supervisor had to manually put us back into the system. And Getting a worker is far and few between.

This office is a joke.
I'm getting a lawyer because these people have caused me stress and haven't paid my landlord their portion.
I can't get ahold if anyone and been calling for 2 months..
The staff is rude to say the least.
They all should be fired, honestly.

The worst Office and Office Stuff, they never answer any phone calls nor return phone calls, Stuff is Rude with very bad Manars, I am wondering why they are Hired and are paid to work here? Do they have a Supervisor or Higher Authority to Reach out?

This place do not help I am disabled and My Worker is so disrespectful. She have hung up in my face. This is the third time I can’t even get in touch with her supervisor. I called to ask her questions and she gets so disrespectful with me.

FIRE THEM ALL. THEY ARE HERE TO HELP THE PUBLIC. I DROVE ALL THE WAY HERE WITH MY DISABLED MOM BECAUSE HER WORKER NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. DO THESE WORKERS DO THEIR JOB? IM CONTACTING GOVERNOR NEWSOM. WE GET HERE SECURITY AT THE DOOR SO RUDE TALKING ABOUT THEY CANT GO GET NO SUPERVISOR SIMPLY RIDICULOUS!!!!! FIRE THEM………. THEY DONT WANT TO WORK

Very bad management, workers are RUDE and have ATTITUDE all the time. Phones never get answered, when you leave voicemails they NEVER RETURN your call, letters never get a response by mail. Unbelievable!! Very stressful to be dealing with in the middle of moving too. They don’t call you so DONT EXPECT to move out in 1 month- it can take months for a briefing and issuance of voucher more like 2-3 months. They “lose” letters and paperwork that’s been dropped off in the drop box and tell you they never got it. Are you serious?! The entire staff need to be fired and replaced with EFFICIENT hardworking and honest people. People that like their job and helping the public in need!! This office DOES NOT CARE about the tenants, don’t expect your case to be handled in a timely manner.
