Do not move here! Very unsafe loud all time and they just up rent out of nowhere happy new year the GREED is getting out of control unbelievable!!! Also no WIFI no kitchen no stove!!!! You got to be kidding me I’m looking all day everyday for another place to live!!! And place isn’t even done at all it’s going to be 18 months they says until it’s fully finish and they can find good tenants!!! Biggest of all is DRUG ACTIVITY!!! Big FALSE ADVERTISING also!!!

It’s cheap n alright for something quick and temporary. Drugs. People out all night. Roaches. Mold that grows in the rooms and I have photos of it just being painted over with normal paint. We had to go buy killz just to stay there for the month. If u don’t mind a rough motel that’s cheap, it’ll do but don’t go expecting it be some 5 star hotel. There isn’t WiFi. I think I was paying like $850 a month or somethin near there. It is possible to find an apt that’s just a studio at a comparable price. I did meet some nice people who were in bad situations n stuck there more or less. So not everyone was bad I minded my own business but a lot of the people were reg working class people Stuck in an awful cycle or on a check n can’t save up enough to escape. Physically as far as the building it’s a dump. My mirror came off and exposed a huge old hallway that a person could fit in and just get into any rooms. I was originally taught this by a meth head there… but it was true, I’ve seen it.

This place is so lovely the staff is really nice and awesome I had I few issues and they came and fixed that issue not even day or two it’s done it’s much much better here the rooms are nice and updated and the price is really good

Looks like they are doing a fabulous job with renovations. Roads and pavement have finally been fixed. No more pot holes! Beginning to look like a place worth living at.

The name says it all! It is an affordable place to live. It's perfect for a couple. The neighbors are all friendly. There is the convenience of the public bus stop at Main entrance. It has a swimming ? pool and Security Guard on the weekends. ?

A lot run down but affordable. Studio apartment $575 a month. Includes water and electricity. Pretty damn decent. Not the best location but there is security that walks around. Not sure the requirements to get in but very affordable.

The manager is rude, the mantnience man Louis is LAZY. These people are only trying to put money in their pockets. They could care less about the tenants. Even tell you if you don't like it leave. It will be shut down after I'm done with them.

My opinion of affordable living center is not very high but it is a roof. Bug infested rooms, slumlord..
