I've taken friends and family members here for procedures. There is a nice atrium here with natural light and trees, though I wish the fountain was on. The Cleveland Metroparks Acacia reservation is right across the street if you want to go for a walk while you wait.

This is not about the clinic. This is about the valet parking. The man that manages the services is excellent! However it is cash only and there are no signs to tell you this when you use valet. So when I came out I had $2 to give the valet and was going to charge the cost to valet. The guy was so nice he took my $2 as I had no other cash on me and said it happens all the time!!! Either his company needs to get a sign there are the clinic needs to put a sign there, cash only for valet services!!!

Very friendly and compassionate employees. God bless these people for helping others, for much less money than lawyers etc. The botanical garden downstairs is amazing, the wall art is museum level. Really comforting atmosphere.

I came here because I was referred here for my son. The Drs at ENT were no help. Dr. Timin seen my son for a split second and said all he had were canker sores which wasn’t even the case since we been to 6 other drs who couldn’t diagnose him! Terrible and waste of time was extremely rude saying if I want to go waste my time getting a 7th option then go ahead So glad I didn’t listen to you! My son was then seen at MetroHealth and got some REAL Help and was finally diagnosed. You guys need to do better on listening to the patient. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I was treated so wonderful here today!! Nurse Angela was so kind and I wish I remembered the names of the other wonderful medical team butthey were so helpful and kind I felt like it was an adult version of akron children's hospital I hope I never need surgery again but I will go there

Still one of the most beautiful locations and they have a Digiorno's Pizza machine; which is nice after you've been fasting for 12 hours!

A “great” choice of a clinic if your main goal is to waste your time.

The place follows ancient processes and has no clue what a customer service in this millennia is really supposed to be.

Instructions and communications are extremely unclear.

E.g. a doctor made an order for a lab test, you receive a MyChart message that the order was placed, and this is the number to call to schedule it. A number, no online option, no app, it’s like MyChart was not even invented yet.

Then a few weeks later, when you are ready you call, wait over 30 minutes (the shortest waiting time ever for me was 36 minutes), and when they finally pick it up, the only thing they will tell you is that you need to call again in 5 days because they need to clear it with insurance. And that they never start this process until your call. And they are “sorry” that the waiting time is so long, but you’ll need to do it again.

And no, it is not possible to initiate the process automatically by doctor placing the order, you must call to initiate it.

And, of course nothing in those so called “instructions” tells you that you need to call to initiate that financial clearance process right away.

They clearly invest more efforts in a good look of their indoor garden than in developing a world class service for their patients.

Complete and continuous frustration.
