Chippewa Place

Chippewa Place is a hidden gem! My best friend of 50+ years joined the community a few months ago and he couldn't be happier. I visit all the time and everyone is so friendly and upbeat. The Director is dedicated beyond she gives her personal cell to every resident and their families (and friends!) and ensures everyone feels safe and welcome. They also recently hired a new chef who everyone loves. Included in the base rate is also a 24/7 on site concierge that is available for any issue or emergency. It's unusual to find a place that has this level of services at such an affordable price.

My happy place. I love visiting all of the residents at Chippewa. I have spent numerous hours attending the events with my mother in law and meeting all of the other residents as we grab coffee and donuts or have lunch or just walking around the lovely grounds. This is a fantastic place, and the people really make it, very caring, very friendly staff - no request is too big, and it's always fun to visit for dinner. They also have a great activities calendar.

Look no further! I am very happy to add another 5-star review here. After much searching, I was referred to Chippewa and was happy to meet the GM there Alison (who has been there 17-years) and Sarah here second in command manager. Together along with their entire staff in catering, maintenance and even the beauty shop, they create a standard of living like no other out there...and at a price unlike none out there. They are considered "Independent Living" for those 62 and over, but they really go "above and beyond" to offer assistance when needed and preventative support (like hearing and eye tests each month) as well as a very active social calendar with nearly daily activities from fun (bingo, birthdays and holidays) to daily admin (banking, shopping, etc) and Saturday chapel service. I moved my Aunt here in 2023 and she is very happy. The move-in could not have gone smoother. The facilities across the property are first class and look brand new. From reading rooms, to a chapel, to the main dinning room which has a nice "Amish-feel" too it. Breakfast and Dinner is included in the rent by the way and it is also very good with a full menu and daily specials that you can eat in the dinning room or in your own room depending on your mood and health condition. I always say, a business is only worth using with if they "care" about you! 100% I can confirm, they do! Can't thank the team there enough!

When we first looked at Chippewa place for my Aunt we knew it was the perfect place for her. She would really be changing what she was used to and the city she was currently living in, but she would be closer to her family and we knew if we weren't there for her daily all of her new friends at Chippewa Place would be a second family to her. It didn't take her long to fit right in and start enjoying all they have to offer. She is busy daily with some activity and it has really helped with her health. I strongly recommend this community to anyone looking. You won't regret it.

My mother-in-law lived there for about 7 years and she loved it. She always felt safe and secure. She no longer had the hassles of dealing with home ownership. Alison and Sarah, the management staff, were very accommodating and worked well with everyone. Chippewa Place has many attributes, the activities, safe location, friendly staff and awesome residents. Highly recommend!

The best kept senior living secret in Cuyahoga County! It's a great value run by a caring and compasionate administration and staff. This place is truly like a family. We can't say enough about Chippewa Place. It was certainly a great choice for us.

We moved my Aunt in a couple months ago and she has been thriving ever since! She enjoys all the weekly crafts, bingo and domino nights. We couldn’t be happier with Chippewa Place. We are so lucky to have found my aunt her new home!

Chhippewa place is such a great Senior Living Community. My sister has been there for just a few months and she loves it. Everyone is like family and she was welcomed in as soon as she arrived, which really helped with moving her from her previous apartment and across town away from her friends. I recommend this place to anyone looking. It is centrally located and has a lot to do in the surrounding areas.
