Charles Mill Marina

I had a very pleasant time at Charles Mill, and the staff was wonderful overall. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, but one staff member, Matt, really stood out. He was not only extremely pleasant and helpful and very handsome, but also went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor made our experience even better. Overall, our time at Charles Mill was lovely, and Matt’s positive attitude and assistance made a big difference in our experience.

Great buying experience !! Super friendly, helpful and ready to offer suggestions with no high pressure sales pitch. Super easy to deal with honest and fair upfront pricing - none of the overprice and “haggling” their way down. Highly recommended.

This was the best Marina I ever delt with or any public place I've dealt with. Jamie was great. Got right back with me and went out of her way to settle a issue. You won't find a better Marina to deal with. I give them 10 Stars

I would like to say that Charles Mill Marina is the best place to visit if you want to have a great day on the water! Their staff Jamie Earhart and John Yaussy, and the rest of the crew are top notch at their jobs respectively!! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the boating world! I highly recommend you to visit the establishment if you are looking to buy and dock your boat at a wonderful place! I should know, mine is there!!!

Came out here from northern New Hampshire to visit some of our oldest and best of friends from my time at Fort Campbell. One of the things my buddy and I always did was to go fishing as a way to de-stress and all that. Well today he brought me here and we rented a boat, went out for a few hours of fishing with one of his daughters and a couple of my kids. We caught absolutely nothing although there were plenty of fish on the sonar! I don’t care one bit about that, it’s fishing, not catching! We had a GREAT time together out on the water. The boat was immaculately clean and perfectly maintained, as far as I can tell at least, (it performed and sounded amazing). The staff at the Marina were exceptionally polite and the….store…kittens were friendly and cute. The water was calm and the weather was perfect; a wonderful day of lazy fishing and lots of laughs!

Staff has always been helpful and understanding! My husband and I are newbies to the boating world... OK, maybe I am! Helpful staff and everyone has been super nice! Love being on the lake and having the chance to experience the outdoors in a nice environment! Thank you! 723

We had a great time here. I rented an 8-seater pontoon boat. No boating license necessary. Easy to reserve online. We booked the sunset cruise which was from 5:30pm-8am. The boat was very comfortable. Had a lot of cup holders, Bluetooth radio, and a doppler. It gets very low in spots so I suggest getting the insurance. Recommend 100%

We had the best time and I'm grateful for the floating mat because the kids absolutely loved it. It was just non-stop them playing and the weather actually turned out well we'll be back for more. Thank you! These memories are the best.
