We had an amazing few days with Steve from CatfishingCaspe! We caught some great catfish (again) and had an unforgettable experience on the water. Steve really knows his stuff and made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish. His wife Bev spoiled us with delicious home-cooked meals, and their dog Rocky added an extra bit of fun to the trip. :) If you’re looking for a genuine and professional catfishing adventure on the Ebro I can’t recommend CatfishingCaspe highly enough!

First time on the river Ebro, And I wanted it to be an experience I never forgot and that is exactly what Steve delivered!! Excellent Guide ridiculously knowledgeable and got us on the fish from minute one! Three triple figure cats along with more than I can remember between 50lb and 80lb, Along with a stupid Amount of pristine conditioned Carp Up to 40lb! Fishing was incredible, Home-cooked food, amazing, Accommodation spot on and fantastic company! Highly recommended and will be back. Wow! My grandson Zach and I have just returned from an incredible 5-day guided fishing trip with Steve Donegan, the owner of Catfishing Caspe on the River Ebro or @catfishingcaspe for you techies— and what an unforgettable week it was! We caught over 70 fish, including a great mix of Carp (20lb–29lb) and Catfish (50lb–108lb), plus a very rare 20lb Full Scaled Mirror Carp. Steve and his wonderful wife welcomed us like family for the entire week and made us feel completely at home. The accommodation was spotless, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and plenty of hot water for showers — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I thought I knew a bit about fishing, but Steve is on a whole other level. What he taught Zach and me was worth the cost of the trip alone. His time, patience, and dedication will never be forgotten. I think the big smiles in every photo of Zach and me say it all — and that’s thanks to Steve and the incredible effort he put in from day one. A special shoutout also goes to his lovely wife Bev for the delicious meals she prepared for us morning, noon, and night — and to Rockstar, Steve’s Yorkshire Terrier, for his “singing” and daily antics that kept us laughing between bites.

What a week we had at Catfishing Caspe!! Firstly beautiful location and top quality accommodation. The fishing was just on a different level we all broke our PBs numerous times throughout the week topped off by a 145Ib cat. Between three of us we had over 3000Ib of fish in 5 days fishing. Steve does everything in his power to get you on the fish and knows his stuff inside out. Him and Bev were great hosts and I can highly recommend the food package, the evening meals in particular were top notch. Will deffo return 🎣👌🏻

Amazing week fishing the wild Ebro with our Guide at Catfishing Caspe. Steve was professional, organised and extremely knowledgable. Hardcore fishing with some great results. I had visited the Ebro b4 buts Steve’s attitude and the Fish we banked leave the others in the dust. We all beat our previous PB’s with 101lb and a 131lb topping the weeks catfish catch.

What a wonderful experience this was, especially the warm welcome. These are honest, hard-working people who go above and beyond to give their guests an unforgettable experience, and they certainly succeeded with me. From the minute we pulled up Steve and Bev Made us welcome waving the Liverpool flag The digs are fantastic lovely food The fishing was brilliant with all of us smashing pb cat and carp First fish out 151lb cat what a start next cats out 97lb and 146lb Steve goes above and beyond being a guide With carp pbs going 40lb ,40lb and 38lb the 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed it and the icing on the cake was a cat of 153lb to Thomas We cannot thank Steve and Bev enough for making us feel at home And mustn’t forget Rocky😁😁😎😎
