Might be the best bowl-concept restaurant in Cleveland! Everything here is simple and inexpensive, ranging from the salad bowl to the pita sandwich. The variety of toppings is truly amazing. I highly recommend trying the pickled cabbage and the dzhug hot sauce. Both were spicy and tangy! Great service and ambiance as well. I will definitely be coming back!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE food! It's easily in my top 5 favorite places to eat. Had the brisket pita sandwich, and it's honestly perfect. Their hummus is Devine, pita is fresh out of the oven. Staff is really kind. Always my request when in Shaker Hts.

We had the pleasure of trying their chicken sandwich and falafel, and both were absolutely amazing. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, while the falafel was crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. Every bite felt fresh and authentic. What truly elevated our experience was the incredible staff. Mikhail and Suliman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude. Firstly, the staff is friendlier than any I've experienced anywhere. They honestly seem to really enjoy working here. The food, fantastic. I got the brisket and it was better than some BBQ places that specialize in it. One of the coolest things was while waiting in line, you get to watch the entire process of them hand making the pita. It made me change my intended order as I had to have one. TLDR: Eat here!!!

I’ve had Brassica about 5 times so far at different times of the year. It’s always a great atmosphere in there. Good music, friendly customer service and great fresh food! That’s what I love! The flavors are amazing. Most people notice the prices at first but it’s totally worth it!

In town for work and visited a few times without reviewing, so this is past due. This is a fast casual restaurant with dine in or take out. IMHO it offers the best value for quality around. The food is excellent and the staff for being as busy as they are are just lovely! I've always got the bowl which they call a "salad". This has a rice and lentils base, topped with fresh greens. You then choose hummus or baba, (1) meat or falafel, choice of pickles (1), choice of special sauce (1) and then a choice of the veggies from marinated eggplant, roasted carrots or spicy cauliflower. Let me just say here that I don't always eat a lot of veggies, but the carrots and cauliflower are amazing!!! If that's not enough food you can add a side of fries for 2 dollars and change. They also have beer & wine if you are dining in. It's always busy, which means it's good.food. You line up, order & pay. The staff are amazing & patient which says a lot being that I was in a line of 30 people. Don't let this put you off as the line moves quickly &.this was a Friday night. I love that you can see what you are ordering & it's replenished frequently. I honestly wish these were in every town I visit, but then it probably would not be this good. BTW all the food is cooked from scratch, sourcing locally & organic.
