Strongly recomend. Worth every penny. My son had behavioral problems in many ways, including at daycare (he was 4 when started). All of our friend noticed that he improved and developed a lot. The team at Lubbock location is super dedicated and helpfull. The trainment helps not only the student, but also the whole family. They also assist and provide information for the teachers at school.

This place is a JOKE. They provide you with all this information and boast about your kids’ amazing progress, but you don’t notice any improvement at home. When you inquire about a refund on the loan you processed through them, they inform you that your two-week period has expired because it occurred seven months ago, as per the terms of the agreement. You have two weeks to request a refund after signing paperwork. They will give you false hope and only provide information that you want to hear. They don’t disclose anything until after you’ve signed the paperwork. They expect you to spend a lot more money to change your entire diet for your entire family, and they then threaten to kick your kid out of sessions because they can’t attend due to curricular activities like basketball or football. If you don’t live within city limits, they want you to pull your kids 45 minutes out of school to attend a makeup session, so your kid will miss about one and a half classes. Apparently, our kids can’t have a life. When you go to address what they said about kicking your kid out of classes or something similar, they say, “Oh no, that’s not what I said.” But you have a text message saying otherwise. And when you go to apply for the loan through them and you know you don’t have the credit they will let you sign someone else’s name without verifying with the other person. and according to the director that I talk to during the welcome meeting, they let people do it all the time doesn’t this sound like they’re going to kick him out for missing a few sessions because of critical activities they are so leading they don’t inform me of anything till afterwards, and they rather not extend their Irish. They’d rather parents get fined for their kids, not being in school. For out of county students and the owner of the business blocked me from Google to post a new response so they rather mistreat parents that have disabled children, then actually help them. They are money hungry, and the owners a coward, and they have broken so many laws like forgery false information false advertising but here’s the text. I got saying that they will kick my son out if he doesn’t attend sessions because he has critical activities, but they told me to put him in. and when they were trying to tell me, he was improving and I was trying to tell them he was a manipulating them. They were telling me I didn’t know my own child so who knows my kids best parents or random strangers

The Brain Balance program exceeded our expectations! The coaches were incredible and championed our daughter to do hard things. The support for us, as parents was always timely and helped us measure her progress, identify opportunities at home and celebrated with us all along the way!!! We recommend it 10 out of 10.

We had our son in Brain Balance and it has changed his and our lives so much. If you have a kid that has difficulty learning and engaging with friends or even if you feel your kid doesn’t get the big picture while tying to explain them something, than brain balance is the right place for your kid. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

This program is a game changer! If your child can’t control her emotions and needs help without medication, this is the hope you’ve given up on existing.

But it isn’t for the faint of heart. You must follow the program to get the most out of it. It isn’t easy, but it is worth every penny!

The staff are absolutely amazing! They are very understanding and go out of their way to help in any way they possibly can. My son has thrived in this program. We had so many behavioral issues and not meeting expectations in school. Since we started the program there has been a drastic change in him. He’s calmer, no behavioral issues in school and is making the All A Honor Roll! I would do this program a million times over. Bonus change was losing.weight! He lost over 30 pounds! I can’t say enough about what a positive experience and outcome we’ve had with this program!

We turned to Brain Balance to assist with our 8 y.o., who was having difficulties with reading, write and spelling. An assessment showed that our child was weak in quite a few eye, hand, and muscle developmental areas. While not extremely developmentally severe, we chose to do the program to get him back on track with classmates, and did an abbreviated version of the recommended program that consisted of three hour-long onsite sessions at Brain Balance, daily home exercises, a dietary component, and no screen time. The exercises (we did them together) and diet were easiest for us to implement, the no-screen-time component was the most challenging.

Did we see results? Yes. Our child's grades AND interest went up in reading and spelling, no doubt because the exercises helped mitigate the fatigue his eyes and hand muscles were experiencing. We still struggle with focus on certain activities, but are continuing the exercises and expect thing will improve with age. The best part? NO medications were needed to get to where we are today.

Adam, Reyna, Michelle and the rest of the staff at Brain Balance Lubbock are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable on how to address each student's specific needs, and the program is setup up to provide optimal communication between staff and parents (progress reports, weekly activity logs, text reminders). There is also a rewards program in place to keep children motivated to do the activities.

Overall, our experience at Brain Balance Lubbock was very rewarding and I highly recommend meeting with the Brain Balance staff if you have any concerns about your child's learning ability, overall development or behavior.
