Had the pleasure of spending my Sunday here. Great Beer, Great Prices and Great Service. Place is super nice, clean and I would most definitely recommend it. You can bring your own food, order delivery and they have food trucks in the parking lot. They also have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. A Great time was had today by us. I’d recommend the Sour Mango Beer, NJ Vice and the Juicy Pebbles. Plenty to choose from but those were my favorites.

Bolero is my favorite brewery of all time. I wasn't always a fan of beer in general but liked sours and boleros sour selections are always amazing and insanely creative. The selection is always rotating too so there is always something new to try. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. They do their best to make everyone feel welcomed and taken care of! Montana and John especially are some of the kindest and most welcoming people around! The beer is good, the people are great, and the vibes are the best!

Recently just threw a surprise 60th birthday party here in their private room and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole day. Montana was amazing with emailing me back very quickly with any questions or concerns I had leading up to the party. I want to thank our bartender Jessica and John for everything during the party. Would highly recommend your next event to be here!

CARLSTADT: Bolero Snort Brewery knows how to party and provides a fun tasting room to enjoy a beautifully crafted beer in a dog friendly space. Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed inside and at the outdoor beer garden; the venue appreciates you being aware of the comfort of your dog around people and loud noises. This is a great place to pregame or postgame, especially being located a couple of miles from the Meadowlands.

Montana, the Tasting Room Manager, said hello to us and took THE CUTEST photo of Brie, spoiled her with lots of treats, and let us know about their events!

Come for a beer, including hard seltzer and non-alcoholic beverages, and bring your own food.

Great brewery here. They have a good Oatmeal stout 5.3%. Trivia nights, and food trucks. Many other brews. Get a flight and pick a favorite! Still finding new beers I like here!

I highly recommend hosting your next party at Bolero Snort! They have a great space, extremely reasonable all-inclusive package, and my guests loved that it also included their hard seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks. Montana is SO wonderful to work with, extremely patient during the planning process, and goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure your party is a success. Jessica was our bartender in the beer garden and was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. Thank you!!

My husband and I have been waiting for 2 years to come here. Finally our schedules and timing let that happen. We were beyond excited. We have been buying and drinking Bolero at least 2 years so we were very happy to finally go to the actual brewery. This is our first year using the NJ Reel Craft Pass and the Craft and Brew passport. Each of which we have used at a few establishes. So you can imagine how excited we were to know Bolero was in each. There was no problem using one of them until we tried to use another with push back from a not so nice “bartender.” Upon reading the front cover of the book it states one per person per visit. Which, if you think about it, one book is for me and one for my husband. We have had no other issues elsewhere. As a response the “bartender” stated “I just gave you a discount.” I had said “do you want me close out my tab and open another one with my husband.” His response, “how about we do this next time you come in.” My response “I don’t live close, and it’s one per person per visit.” I am not 100% if we received that discount or not, but instantly I went from being excited being there to wanting to leave. He instantly ruined the experience that specifically I have been waiting for since the first time I tried sour pastures. I don’t believe people realize how much an impact they can have on someone’s experience. Moving forward, if using the Craft pass or passport, I warn you if you and your partner each have one you may be turned away at this establishment.
