I wish that I could give this a higher review because who doesn’t love a good massage. But this review is not so much about the massage as it is about the service. I paid $90 for a massage session but unfortunately had to cancel two days early. I text Moon that I was not able to make the appointment and she asked me to reschedule. Note when you book an appointment online your account will And Moon will not offer to reimburse you if you cancel… Nor will she reschedule you for a make up appointment. When I brought it to her attention that you were not able to book an appointment without being charged, she just said that’s how it’s done. Again, I wish I could give this a higher review but unfortunately the service is not worth it.

Pretty upset- I gave birth 2 months ago and i bought a 1 hour massage - no chair or anything like that but only got a 20 minute massage. I was told to come early, then they put me in a massage chair for 30 mins. i thought this was just while i wait for the real massage… So i get the massage with moon doing my back and her partner my legs. I guess because two people were working on me, she counted it as 1 hour The whole point of a massage for me, is to take the time and to relax. Being rushed, not getting the service that I paid for, and feeling even more exhausted after really is bothering me I tipped her 40$ for her knowlsedge because she was sweet and found my issues but instead of working on them, I was left to go home in pain. Do not recommend

The Therapist, Moon, is a great person. I visited 3 times last weekend. The 3 times I have visited, Moon kindly helps me!! Moon found issues with my back and explained that I should be careful with my posture at work and helped make my back better with her amazing Acupressure skills!! As soon as I found out she got the #1 American Saunas! and Steem shower! Plus her 10 Anniversary special, I decided to book As Soon As Possible! After several weeks of work & school, I felt exhausted. And I realized that I deserved this special treatment for my health more than anything! Thank you Moon! God Bless you!

I scheduled an appointment today with Moon. She asked me to come early so I did. She had me sit in a chair and wait. Never turned the massage chair on and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for waiting. No good. Would not recommend. (I have been here a number of times and today was just a failure).

I bought the 10 year anniversary promo that included a massage with Moon, a chair massage, a sauna session and a steam shower. I’ve never been one to get massages but as I’m getting older I REALLY needed one. After looking at her amazing reviews, I decided to go with Best Massage. I’m so happy I did because Moon was amazing!! I carry so much tension and stress in my shoulders and back and after my massage with her, I felt like 10 pounds were lifted. Seriously she knows what she’s doing! She was very sweet and funny as well and we had great conversation. After the massage I got to spend time in the massage chair which was heavenly, followed by a very relaxing sauna session and steam shower. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back! Thank you Moon! :)

This was my fourth maybe fifth time actually going to get a massage this has been my BEST experience so far. I’ll tell you one thing is for sure they’ll get you exactly what you need. I was so tense all over prior to coming. The lady who gave me my massage made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, because boy was she rubbing some knots out. Had to tip her she even rubbed a knot out my ankle. Not sure how many people like their backs cracked but Ms.Moon is a professional when it comes to that. I got hot rocks to the best feeling ever. The massage chair and the sauna finished me off I slept like a baby. Thanks I highly recommend and I’ll be returning.

I was given no directions or information on what to expect. I was asked to change into their clothing, only after changing did I notice there was cameras in the room (luckily I wore underwear that day lol). Definitely not what I expected. Nothing noted on their website that I was in it for a “deeeeeep tissue massage”. She literally walked “heal” in my back->It wasn’t too painful tho. I didn’t like how she kept answering her phone or texting during my massage. I did ask her if she was going to use her hands and she said that I was too tense and that the more sessions I had the better it would be. I also didn’t like how at the end, she pointed to a sign that said $10 cash tip. It is…what is…overall it was decent. Moon Chung was very friendly but I would suggest that they put on their website they use their feet to massage you!
