Never dealt with the staff but the inside was clean and welcoming. Very spacious with lots of resources for the taking. Also had cute free calendars for kids made by kids with stickers. That was nice.

What can I say , their jobs are not easy . But any time I had to contact them for various reasons the staff took the time to listen to me . Even when I was not in agreement with their policies they at least listened and tried to be understanding . Is this not what we want and expect from any agency or business ? Of course it is :) so I give them 5 stars ! I'm still not in favor of child support policies which need reformed ! But the local agency can't be blamed for the flaws . Everything favors the mother and suspected or proven father's have few rights and have to spend money time and much effort to enforce any rights he has . It's sad the system is not fair to all parties ! If it were the lives of many children would greatly improve . That's what it's really about right ? The better quality of life for the children !

If I could give less stars I would. Something needs done about this place. You can't get ahold of your case worker, like at all. They turned our food stamps off because they didn't have to proper papers they needed for a job but didn't inform us that they needed additional information and just shut them off on us. We have 4 kids and can't afford food for them. No information as to when we can expect them to be turned back on because we can't get ahold of our case worker. Pure and simple neglect. We've had to use our bill money for food for our kids and now our electric will be shut off. Thanks job and family services. Your the best.

Lost my job. On Medicaid for a brief while. Case worker there was awful. Not clear on what all forms I needed to send in and took forever to do anything. Worst part was all the times I called with no answer and no returned call. Absolutely horrible experience. Luckily I didn't have a dire need.

Can’t ever get your caseworker to answer the phone let alone call you back when you leave a voicemail. Do better!

This place is a joke! I have tried to have my child support case switched from Marshall County for over 2 yrs Marshall County even sent copies of my child support case (which was astablished in Belmont county)and they have yet to call me back or switch the case. Also here recently I have called several times for my mother in law who is in desperate need of help, they have been closed because of Covid but I have left messages on her behalf (over 12 times total) but they haven't called either her nor I back!! Horrible especially when people actually need help. I thought thats what they were designed and there for. I must be mistaken since obviously they get paid to ignore those who need help.

This place is a complete joke. The case managers never answer the phone and never reply to messages. Call the supervisor and all she says is the case manager is busy with interviews and will eventually stop answering your calls also. It's been going on 2 months now of trying to get ahold of somebody. They took away my girlfriends foodstamps and her kids health insurance.

Don't expect much from people here. If it's anything pertaining to them actually doing work....forget it. I been on both sides. I have been the debtor, the receiver of child support benefits. They are obviously only there for a pay check. I Had to deal with an agency literally hour away. You would not believe the difference.
