I got my hair done today by Adam… I showed him a few pictures and he met all my expectations! He is so kind, professional and incredibly talented. He is literally the best, I drive over an hour just to go to him. I’m obsessed with my hair and couldn’t be happier with how amazing it looks! The front desk and staff are all so lovely and helpful. I was greeted with all smiles and positivity; at least three people offered me a beverage. 10/10 experience

Sue is the answer to my quest for the perfect colorist. In decades of highlights, no one has ever given me exactly what I asked for until Sue listened. Not only is she talented, she has a generosity of spirit unusual in a competitive career. During my appointment I witnessed her referring her clients to other stylists for haircuts. She provides value that is unmatched, and I feel so lucky to have someone of her caliber who has been with the same beautiful salon for over thirty years. When I moved here, I asked everyone I met who colors her hair, who they recommended - I was astonished to hear literally nine out of ten people living in various northern NJ towns say Sue at Bangz! She is a treasure!

I recently visited Bangz and was extremely disappointed with my haircut. The stylist (Angelina) cut my hair unevenly, leaving it choppy and uneven. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while they did try to assist and fix the issue, I can't justify returning to a place that caused such a problem in the first place. As a busy mom with a one-year-old, l don't have time to risk a bad experience like this again. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I did not receive a refund for the haircut. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back to a hair salon that has their own training program- I don’t think their program is very good if their stylist was able to give such a haircut. Justified for not wanting to return.
