Quick and easy document drop off. I didn't have to wait in line(kinda unusual for a Friday, but I'll take it!!!) The woman that helped me was very polite, easy to talk to. She was very kind and smiling right up until I left. I must admit, it was refreshing!!

I was amazed at how fast we were helped. Very efficient the lady in charge. We had forms and info packet very fast. Return visit was just the same. Ample parking and handicap spaces. For some reason only 1 access door. Do not park in front lot as far from door if handicapped. Drive further in to the drop off door with a roof. Paperwork had all relevant info.

I've only ever dealt with lovely people there, however my 2 star rating isn't regarding them. This poor office is so under staffed its not even surprising you cannot get ahold of a person anymore. The number on paper work that was sent to me recently is a disconnected number. The number here works but when you try to get to the directory its just an endless loop of information of the offices. The services they provide are essential to many families and I wish they were able to be staffed where the workers were not so pressured and over run with cases. The kind people I personally have talked to are the only reason I have 2 stars. It really is a shame.

I'm Hearing impaired.. and the caseworker and the young lady she was training both spoke loud and clear for me. They were both friendly and they went quickly..I appreciated that. I had no clue what's what and they were Informative and nice enough to kindly answer my questions.. so It all went pretty well

Donna Shiflet is the rudest person I think you can work with. She had my wife almost in tears because she brought a water bill as utility bill and apparently that doesn't count as a utility bill. My wife texted me while she was there and told me that they wouldn't accept the form, so I rushed to drop off a printed electric bill, because apparently they don't accept PDF versions. She would not wait the 4-minutes extra minutes it took me to get there to drop it off. She said that we could hand it in to the front desk and she would "get to it when she gets to it". She claimed that she had appointments to take care of. When I walked in to drop it off at the font desk (4-minutes later), there was not one person waiting to be helped. Hopefully we do not have to deal with her any further. I recommend anyone looking to get help requests to work with someone else.

I hated the case worker Anola, she treated my family and I like we were very incoherent and didn't understand anything. We were fully aware of what she was saying but she kept looking at us with a puzzled look like she had no clue what a security officer was and told me to be more specific. She also treated us like a child and kept repeating herself slowly.
