I came into this bartending class knowing almost nothing about alcohol, but Val made everything easy to understand. She was patient, super helpful, and made the class fun and approachable. I left feeling confident and excited to keep learning. Highly recommend this class to anyone!—Val is amazing!

Love Love Love! Fun, knowledgeable, encouraging she has it all. The course covers everything you need to feel confident in going to getting a bartending job or hosting a party for family. I highly recommend the course takes you through drinks, health guidelines and everything you need to be certified by the state

I really enjoyed taking the Bartender 101 class. Val has a vast amount of knowledge in the bartending world and does not mind sharing her experiences and knowledge with her students. I completed the class with way more knowledge on Alcohol than what I originally anticipated, so I’m very appreciative. I will be a returning student for the Mixology 101 course.

My Experience with Valerie was amazing. She knows her stuff. I feel very confident about making drinks and just to have more knowledge then i did before I started her class. I would definitely recommend anyone to sign up and take her class whether it’s from home or wanting to know the basic knowledge about bartending.

Val’s class was very informative and fun. I enjoyed her sense of humor, stories, and knowledge of the industry. I love how it was hands on cocktail making and tasting opportunities. I also appreciate how she was flexible when I needed to leave a little early and she took time to catch me up on things I missed. I highly recommend this class.

Valerie is a great instructor! We had ample time to practice and study the art of making drinks. Her classes were well paced and she had a great sense of humor. I was surprised at the amount of things we learned in a short amount of time!
